From the halls of the Vatican to the runways of truth, we are there. At the place called Climax and the time called NOW! When it's done, let the gods sort it out!
This game was amazing. Taking you through the depths of the mind of a schizophrenic mass killer in the midst of a mental breakdown. Postal Redux is a faithful remaster to the original game, and adds extra content to make it more replayable, through it's Rampage and Co-op gamemodes. I recommend it to not just fans of Postal, but people who are just getting into the franchise. Just be warned - This game is quite the departure from the rest of the franchise, and if you play this as well as the other games, you might feel some severe tonal whiplash.

This is the one where the gameplay is better than art. It's not as scary or disturbing as the original however ze shootsings are better. Good game btw.

This game is everything a remake should be - extremely faithful to the original with all changes being quality of life / actual improvements. Everyone saying it's "the exact same as the original but prettier" have never played the original. OG POSTAL 1 stopped you whenever you shot a weapon besides the standard SMG and grenades were equipped like your guns, meaning no "just press this button to toss a nade."
As for the game itself, I absolutely ADORE how dark and edgy it is. The best way to describe it is "playing an '80s-early '90s heavy metal album cover art." Everything is almost comically bleak and the narrative of believing yourself to be the good guy as you slaughter innocents is very novel. I understand why they didn't keep making games exactly like this, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't be interested in a new POSTAL game that takes this game's tone.

It's unfortunate that, when Postal originally came out, someone going on a rampage similar to Dude's was seen as borderline unthinkable, which added to its shock value, but that in our current times occurances such as this have become common in largely every region of the world.
Still, the commentary Postal provides on violence and mental health related issues deserves its praise. The atmosphere is unique and frightening, the soundtrack and artwork really make going through the game an eerie experience. It has improved much in relation to gameplay when compared to the original, making it weirdly satisfying and further adding to the guilt the player feels about what they're doing.
Overall, a great game that needs to be experienced at least once. The ending has changed from the original, but the message remains, even if it presented in a more cryptic and enigmatic manner. I recommend it.

It's faithful to the original game from 1997 with a lot of improvements and new features that the original lacked.
But unlike 1997 Original, the Redux feels much easier.
I had a blast playing this game.
If you don't have much time or you like Postal series I would recommend this game for you.

Amazing remake, authentic to the original while improving many features and making it generally better to play. Sucks that a lot of these games are banned in many regions, I am luckily not in any of those but to my friends from other countries its sad. Great game though, would recommend.

A mediocre twin stick shooter with outstanding, unique art direction. It's a cult classic for a reason.
