Just a boring, uninteresting game with no real mechanics — you just walk around, look at things, and press two buttons. Honestly, you'd be better off playing What Remains of Edith Finch.

This game has a very interesting story and unless you're following a walkthrough, will take quite some time to finish as it is not linear. Highly recommend if you like the "walking sim" genre.

Starts very nice overall then falls apart. The graphics in the forest are nice until you end up in the Skyrim Cave Dungeon section. Has a few really great sound pieces but mostly expect looping symphony. The whole "won't hold your hand" thing is fine but the actual implementation is pretentious. The only thing it doesn't hold your hand on is the logic in some quests and that you're even in a quest in the first place. The story is a City of Glass by Paul Austere rip-off and you can see it coming a mile away. Worth $2 for the memes.

Amazing experience. Initially wanted to check out what the people behind Witchfire made previously and went in blind, but I absolutely loved the whole experience. Easy recommendation.

This game is a masterpiece from the storytelling, to the graphics, to the atmosphere to the puzzles. I played this game over 10 years ago for the first time & it's still blowing me away today.

I have been conflicted about this game. Maybe because I have been playing too many "narative experience" games lately? Dunno. The thing I dont understand, is why people choose to make their game as barebones as possible when it comes to gameplay. Like, you want to tell a good story? Great. Make it a proper adventure game. Not basic puzzles a kid would be able to figure out without much difficulty (and so few of them at that). Anyway, the game looks great and the atmosphere is here and does the heavy lifting. But the story...well...as does the gameplay, is lacking. It is kind of predictable up to a point. So much so, that you might not predict the ending exactly, because of how many cliche possibilities could fit. Good game if you want to slow down for a couple of hours, expecially if you get it on a sale. But don't expect too much engagement from it.

Weak negative, because its really short. And because you dont get any rewards for exploring at all. There are just nothing outside the main quests, that's not good enough. Its room for it, but its just nothing there. The game had really nice scenery and ambience though. Puzzles wasn't that difficult. I had to look up only one of the puzzles, and it was somewhat confusing how to get them done at the start, but you can finish them all at the end if you have missed something. Once i figured things out, it was kinda easy. Buy on deep discount like i did. Because, again..its short. Finished it in 3.5 Hours.
