It's really fun, you can slow time, do curved dashes, deflect bullets, and the game is quite hard too on new game+ harder modes.
The story is as ridiculous as it sounds, and thank lain it's not the focus here. The Ost is quite good as well. Unfortunately it's a bit short, as i managed to finish it in 4 hours, but it builds up on top of [b] bleed 1[/b] and 1-ups it. Asthetics are mildly improved and it feels better to shoot than in bleed 1. The game also has way more mini-bosses and bosses than bleed 1.
Oh and you get to beat the rival again as the final boss, which is just poetic.
I give this game the rating of a [i] Good ol' Classic [/i] of 7/10
