the fact that you need Karp of doom and Depths of hell to play the Demonspawn makes this completely worthless.
Dont buy it if you want the demonspawn, unless you have Karp of doom and Depths of hell

dont spend any money on this crap. After buying this my game is crashing all the time and became unplayable. DLC itself is terrible, new classes shouldn't even be behind a paywall and the new chapter is just soulless and hurts your eyes, all this shows that DEVELOPERS DO NOT GIVE A DAMN about this game and its enjoyers, its a diablo 2 clone so it will sell no matter what!

Bought the expansion a long with a few other things, the game is excellent. Love the graphics, love the enemies, so on.
anyways... just curious as to why in-game it does not show that I purchased it yet. If I could get some help on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought this instead of the digital collectors edition to save a buck or two, because I don't really care about skins. Now that I'm looking to upgrade to the "complete" version of the game though, the money I spent on this expansion is completely wasted. There is no upgrade path from the non-collectors version of Wrath of Mevius to the complete game.
In theory with the sale going on right now it should cost me less than a dollar to upgrade from normal Wrath of Mevius to the collectors edition of the same, but they just don't provide the option. I'd love to get more content, but I'm just not willing to throw away the money I've already spent. If you want the two classes and the last act, buy the digital collectors edition, don't buy this.

The boss of this DLC is by far the hardest yet, making Satan look like kindergarten. Even if you have gone from stage 1 to get lots of relics, Melvius can still EASILY mess your shit up. Unlike other bosses, such as Damien and Satan, you CANNOT heal from him until you have beaten the first stage, meaning that it will take you a very long time to grind back to the point where you can clear his area again if you fail.
It is a fun fight, but it's annoying to have a character locked behind such a fight.
Both of the characters are hilariously OP: The Demon Slayer's katana stance heals him for rediculous hp every hit, and the Demonspawn can infinitely stunlock enemies with its first ability if timed correctly in the later levels, along with doing enormous damage.

This is the only DLC for Hero Siege that comes with two new player classes, though one of them is locked until you defeat the DLC's boss, which I have not yet done. I have used the Demon Slayer though, and he's a lot of fun, what with his life/mana steal ability. As always, the new relics are a welcome addition.

Demon Slayer is a scam. You can't switch weapons (anymore) nor can u wield gun/melee in both hands -- so your build is either Gunslinger if you use guns or Executioner if melee. You cannot mix things from the skill tree. So trash. Unless the devs un-bork this class I wouldn't recommend it.
