The Void is a brutally difficult arthouse survival dating sim, and it's just as unique as that description makes it seem. The art direction and character design is superb and the game left me awestruck from start to finish.
However, the most important aspect of The Void is its story, told trhough the limited perspective of several characters, who are often wrong about stuff and will also sometimes lie to you in order to manipulate you. This leaves the story exceptionally open to interpretation: it's up to you to decide which characters to trust, and thus determine the meaning of the game.
