Je n'y ai pas beaucoup joué en raison des graphismes et de la DA très en dessous de pas mal de jeux similaires.

Despite the graphics, music, art design and vibes this is an astonishingly bad game. It's almost impressive how bad it is. If you decided to copy everything from SOTN including transition rooms (in 2020s where nobody have cd-rom lol, do you even understand why where there in the first place?), why for the love of the gods did you copy anything but gameplay.

fun MV game. doesn't do anything unique, and is a bit short, but looks fantastic, and game play is accurate and smooth.

This game is a really enjoyable Metroidvania, everything is done right gameplay-wise, the level design is great, music and art are on point, my only gripe is how much of the plot is done through text dumps. The story is actually really good but just feels so distanced from what I'm playing as a game. Looking forward to the sequel where the polycule will hopefully kick some ass.

Plenty of mechanics reminiscent of some of the best old school games implemented very well. Story is better than I expected and mostly told thru in game notes

A story-forward RPG platformer that wears its Igavania influence on its sleeves.
You play as Lunais, the last of a clan of a time-traveling clan of mages who are being hunted by the evil empire, who must travel a thousand years into the past to stop the formation of the empire altogether. Along the way you'll get embroiled in plots from both time periods that gradually reveal a more complex landscape than just "evil empire bad"
(there are TWO evil empires)
, and you'll help out a stranded group of (surprisingly queer) soldiers whom Lunais will bond with over time.
If the notion of time travel gives you flashbacks to loop-and-paradox stories like Doctor Who and Homestuck, take solace in the fact that there are only two time periods to travel between, and there is little to no effects between the two outside of some cosmetic differences due to Lunais's interference.
If you've every played a Castlevania game in the PS1-to-DS era, it's that. The main difference is that instead of conventional weaponry, you wield magic orbs with various effects. The one main gimmick is that Lunais has the ability to temporarily stop time, a la Za Warudo, though this is very rarely required by the game and acts more as an emergency brake for tough battles.
My main criticism of the game is that the level design (aside from a few areas) feels rather uninspired. There are tons and tons of long plain horizontal hallways with enemies standing around in them. Eventually I got pretty bored and started just ignoring most of the enemies.
Overall I think the game was fun, and beat it in a single sitting. However, I think I would love to see some more complex level design and actual integration of time abilities from the announced sequel.
