Just beat POSTAL 2: Paradise Lost DLC on Very Hard difficulty and had a blast. Apparently I'm part of the elite 5% of players who actually beat the DLC according to the achievement I unlocked after beating it. This DLC has all sorts of crazy stuff and is basically just more of POSTAL 2. If you enjoyed that game you will enjoy this DLC. It's not quite as good as the base game, but it's definitely worth playing through. I got it for 95 cents which is an insane value for the amount of content in this DLC. Definitely worth buying!

It returns to the original design of the base game that Apocalypse Weekend abandoned and allows you to explore an open-world post-apocalyptic version of Paradise. It's kind of crazy to see them revisit the base game with DLC over a decade later and the story sorta works to retcon Postal 3, which I had heard wasn't a very popular entry into the series. It doesn't shit all over it, though, so you can tell the developers still liked the game and fair enough. I've never played it, so I can't comment on its quality.
Mostly, this is a pretty good DLC, but I will say that it has some absurdly bad difficulty spikes in a few sections. Particularly at the very end when you encounter the Survivalists. They take like 20 shots to take down, group up like crazy and one section they actually just bombard you with rockets to the point you'll wonder what the hell the developers were thinking because you don't have nearly enough ammo to take them all out. I lost my patience and enabled some cheats to finish the final leg of the game and I don't regret it.
Besides that, it has the same crashing issues the base game and Apocalypse Weekend do, but it's just an extension of the game so that's to be expected, and of course quicksaving deals with that pretty solidly, particularly if you have a fast SSD to load into the game quickly every time it does. To give you context on how bad the crashing is, I finished the last two days of the DLC today and the game crashed a total of three times. That's over the course of maybe, idk 3 hours? One crash per hour isn't horrendous because of how short the game is, but it will start to annoy you by the time you reach this DLC if you're playing the whole campaign in one attempt. Especially since, again, there is a difficulty spike at the very end and it doesn't make any difference if you choose a lower difficulty.
Anyway, if you want more of Postal 2, that's precisely what this DLC provides, so you probably don't need much more convincing beside that to know if it's what you want.
Going POSTAL, one more time
Getting this DLC for 95 cents, which is about as long as the base game sounds pretty unfathomable especially in today's state of gaming where a lot of games get overpriced super-extravagant-premium-ultra-deluxe editions. Yeah, RWS nailed it with this one and it felt like I was playing Postal 2 for the first time ever again, only with more chaos and more hilarious moments!
What this DLC includes:

Pretty much a direct continuation of Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend

New kickass weapons along with some handy items

Paradise, AZ got a few "small" changes aside from having new zones

New and familiar characters

Fun new bosses
To describe this experience in one phrase:
"This can't be good for me, but I feel great!"
