A unique experience. Play this in the dark with no one at home around midnight then go to sleep to think about it. Good stuff.

A nice little walking simulator with a satisfying short story and an intriguing art style. While it's labeled a horror experience, it's not really scary and the tension doesn't build until the end. At that point,
the game gives you a gun
anyway. Even so, it's still a neat little diversion worth the couple bucks I spent on it. My only real gripe is that the only way to save the game is by quitting. So if you die and you haven't saved your game by quitting at any point during the experience, you will find yourself replaying everything all over again. Not that it's a particularly long game with arduous "puzzles" or anything, but it is annoying and does sap some of the fun out of the game. I know this game is a bit old at this point, and Dave's moved onto bigger and better things, but some auto saves at key story points would have been nice. Get John on it or something, I dunno. As an aside, the
Rachel Easter Egg
was a nice touch.

One of the best walking simulators. There is an ending, but there's no rush to get to it, you're free to explore anywhere and everywhere and only after exploring all locations does the game move you along. The horror comes from the story that unfolds, the environment, and the dialogue of our protagonists on the journey and, wow, there are a few uncomfortable topics; when there is music playing, it's well-made. The ending is expected but striking nonetheless, and the final message shared between them is ... very hard to pin down in emotion, let alone words. Fish gotta swim birds gotta eat, hurt people hurt people, and vengeful spirits roam until they've fulfilled their purpose. Highly recommended.

What a roller coaster of emotions! This game builds on the story of "The Moon Sliver" while also showcasing the struggles of a teenager who is haunted by a vengeful ghost from her past that controls her body. A uniquely absurd execution that enhances the strange ideas of David, making this game a one of a kind. If you're a fan of The Moon Sliver you should definitely play this beautiful game.
