This is a fun little idle game that you actually do stuff. Mindless idle games are boring. There was no waiting around. There was always something to work on. All achievements and beating the game is pretty quick. I think there should be an achievement for getting every relic and upgrade. A good way to waste an afternoon.

Great incremental clicker game. takes slightly under 2 hours to finish but it's worth the small asking price.

Digseum is a short and serviceable clicker, but far from being a great one.
The mixture of incremental gameplay and the digging minigame is novel and interesting, and makes the start of the game fairly fun. However, the digging eventually becomes trivial and chore-like, as digging up artefacts, which should be the central theme of the game, swiftly becomes pointless.
The fault of this lies with the progression system, which is decently balanced at the very start, but you soon get multiple perks to increase the number, value and probability of the prestige currency, until you go from finding one in five digs to finding almost 100 in a single dig. This swiftly places you in a loop of digging up each field exactly once to exhaust it of currency, prestiging to spend your currency, and then repeating this two-minute cycle again and again until you've unlocked all the areas and finished the game.
This also means that you will stop caring about the individual artefacts long before you've found them all. They're ostensibly the point of the game, but they're individually worth far less than the prestige currency, which nonetheless becomes more abundant than they are. Economically, it's a broken system.
Overall, the concept is cute and it's a cheap and cheerful game, but the balance/design of the progression system fundamentally didn't work for me, which stopped me enjoying it much past the first 20 minutes or so.

The game is short and very enjoyable. It gets very unbalanced near the end but it is still fun.

Bought this because it reminded me of a mini game in 'Pokemon Diamond' and I was not disappointed! Basically you tap blocks on a grid to find treasures in the floor/walls, has a passive income generation per object you find then you use money to advance in game or upgrade. Neat game, nothing on market to really compare it to.
