To be honest, i've bought this soundtrack immediately after hearing the first seconds of "Get Sherlock". I didn't use any of the tracks in my games yet, but I'm listening to them while creating them. They are a good source of inspiration and i really would buy it again. Kudos to you, Mr Atkinson.

The music helps generate a spy or detective theme, a few with more horror elements. This seems better suited for a more modern setting than something Victorian (although a couple tracks do give that flair, not enough for a whole setting). There are enough tacks for a full game, but there is such a lack in variety that it'd be ill-advised to do so (unless you want to be hyper-focused on the theme). I'd recommend it only as something that'd add to a whole project, not as something to use as the basis for one.

While the styles of music are eclectic, each track is great. I love the first track which is practically a love letter to the modern BBC Sherlock theme. Perfect if you want to do a Holmes like mystery game. There's a variety for any type of Private Eye, mystery, detective game you might want to make. But you will probably have to use some music from other modern RPG Maker music packs to fill out the rest of your themes for your game. Still, I got this on a good sale and don't regret it.

I was hoping the soundtrack would be filled with old Detective 1930-40 Jazz styles. But its not, the description is little misleading. Its more of modern spy or thriller-type moods. The only thing that comes close to the old Sleuth feel is the track titled "Jazz Club Combo". If you're looking for something like Benny Goodman - Sing, Sing, Sing or The Oscar Peterson Trio - The Girl From Ipanema; 2 out of 27 songs is jazz. I don't suggest buying The Agency DLC for RPG MAKER. To make a old timey Detective Film-feel, it gotta have Swing-Jazz, Bebop-Jazz, Blues and more importantly Jazz.
