A very neat and nicely packed DLC. Not a lot of things really, what you see is what you get, but it is fair enough and as I said well packed. I liked it, it is a good add on, so I will recommend this. It is fine and it comes with a demo to show how to use the tiles. If you like what you see, then you wont be disappointed.

This is a fairly small pack that adds a little bit of detail to a dark castle. It's nothing spectacular on its own, but can be used to flush out an environment. Being of a similar artstyle, it works well with the Halloween, Dungeons & Volcanoes and Royal tileset packs, so it's not meant to be a stand-alone.

The tile set does look very lovely, but when you add it to your data base a lot of them are not set up properly. Which then leaves it up to you to pull out Photoshop and set up the tiles so they lay out right. I was very let down when I went to draw in some of these on my maps and found them to not work at all. Save your money and go to communities who have laid them out correctly, and are free.

The pictures highlight perfectly how nice this pack is. It's colorful, yet dark, and has a feel completely unlike any other I've shopped for. If your looking for a way to make a real statement out of a place, this pack will do just that. Which brings me to the bad. The tileset isn't a fulltile set. What you see here is about all you get. And there are torches, gates, and doors included, and though they look obviously like they're intended to be animated (Three copies of a torch with the flame and glow slightly changed for smooth animation) none of them are set up for it. You'll be needing to open your own art program, and lay them out on a proper sheet to animate them. All of that said, however, the person who made this is certainly an artist. This tileset is different, beautiful, but doesn't clash with the game's base art style. And the candelabrum are a wonderful. He included two, one set closer to the center of the tile, and one set back near the top of the tile, which is incredibly thoughtful compared to the improper animated objects. All and all, I love this set, and dispite it's shortcomings I would buy it again. 4/5 stars.
