This is one of those feel good cozy games for me that I fully recommend. Used to play MK a few years ago but never finished it. Now on my steam deck I finished both 1 and 2, both are great games.

It occurred to me in this playthrough that I don't really like remastered's graphics. The scale of the characters seemed off, some of the designs are grotesque and a lot of wonderful detail is lost from Peter Chan's original background work. Despite my quibbles with the art style, the game is still a classic, and the voice cast is excellent as always.
