They are nuts. Forcing user to download 100gb of game data and after all forcing to install several software services and drivers spying on your computer. And after that saying hay your video card is not compatible since the driver released 3 months ago. This game is sucks just don't buy it.

It’s like Rockstar shoved Los Santos in a time machine and cranked everything up to eleven. The graphics? Wild. Suddenly there’s sunlight bouncing off every car fender, reflections so sharp you might actually squint, and the whole city feels juiced with way more color and detail. Even the grime on the pavement looks prettier, if you’re into that sort of thing. You’ll notice it right away, too. One minute you’re weaving through downtown at 100 mph, and the next you’re flying down some dusty road in Blaine County, all of it just pops now. Shadows got a glow-up, animations don’t look like puppets on a string anymore, and honestly, everything just moves smoother. It’s familiar, but it’s like meeting an old friend who finally figured out how to dress. Gameplay? Still chaotic in the best way. You’re robbing banks, causing absolute mayhem, or just cruising around listening to some questionable radio DJ. The story still slaps, dark, funny, a little too real sometimes. Now with the visuals cranked up, those cutscenes hit even harder. GTA Online’s not left behind, either. Load times got chopped down (finally), and things run way more stable. Sure, there’s still some old-school jank under the hood, but nothing that’ll ruin your fun unless you’re picky. So, if you’re new, this is the way to play. If you’re coming back? Even better. It’s still GTA V, just shinier, smoother, and honestly, still one of the best rides in gaming.

Load up. Do a heist, spend 45 minutes doing a heist. Host gets DC'd at no fault of his own. All progress is lost. Game is good but damn is it so frustrating to enjoy and play at times. It needs to respect my time.

I dont like having 2 versions of GTA in my steam library, with hours played being different. Should have just been a regular update.

It's alright.. having more content is better than having less right? Nice addition seeing Career Rewards, HSW upgrades, exclusive liveries, and better graphical options such as Ray Tracing. Only problem I have with this version of the game is that they decided to remove the in-game text chat.. At least it was a FREE upgrade for us Legacy owners!

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) has been a monumental title in the gaming industry since its original release in 2013. The Enhanced Edition aims to bring this iconic game to modern platforms with improved graphics, faster load times, and additional content. But does it succeed in delivering a fresh experience worthy of its legacy? Let's delve into the various aspects of this edition to find out.
Visual Enhancements: A Noticeable Upgrade
One of the most significant selling points of the Enhanced Edition is its visual overhaul. The game now supports up to 4K resolution with HDR, offering sharper textures and more vibrant colors. The lighting system has been revamped, providing more realistic shadows and reflections, which enhance the overall immersion. The game looks stunning, with enhanced textures and lighting that make Los Santos feel more alive than ever. The Enhanced Edition offers smoother frame rates, contributing to a more enjoyable gaming experience. While the graphics are better, some players may feel that the enhancements are not substantial enough to justify purchasing the game again.
Gameplay: The Same Engaging Experience
The core gameplay of GTA V remains unchanged in the Enhanced Edition. Players can still switch between the three protagonists, Michael, Franklin, and Trevor, each with their unique storylines and missions. The open-world experience is as engaging as ever, offering a plethora of activities ranging from heists to side missions. Rich Storytelling: The narrative remains compelling, with well-developed characters and intricate plots. The game offers a wide range of missions and side quests that keep players engaged for hours. Lack of New Content: Players familiar with the original may find the absence of new missions or storylines disappointing.
GTA Online: Expanded and Enhanced
GTA Online has seen significant updates over the years, and the Enhanced Edition includes all the latest content. New heists, vehicles, and customization options are available, providing both new and returning players with fresh experiences.
Pros:

Extensive Content: The online mode is rich with activities, ensuring long-term engagement.
Improved Load Times: Players can now enjoy faster load times, reducing waiting periods between sessions.

Cons:

Microtransactions: The presence of in-game purchases can be off-putting to some players.
Steep Learning Curve: Newcomers may find the online environment challenging due to experienced players.

Conclusion:
The Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition successfully brings a classic title to modern standards with improved visuals and performance. While it doesn't introduce new single-player content, the enhancements to GTA Online offer ample reasons for both new and returning players to dive back into the world of Los Santos.

Anti cheat that both doesn't work and stops people from playing. Hacking is still extremely rampant, no text chat to call out anymore. Just a worse version of GTA released for more money, and micro-transactions, a decade after the original came out. Filled to the brim with bugs that waste all your time. You spend more time looking at loading screens then actually playing. Honestly garbage.

Amazing! Graphics upgrade, Modders about 85% removed. A few still around. No issues migrating to new game, lost nothing. New businesses rock, richer than ever. Many small bugs removed. I only have issues when someone with slow PC or internet service is in the lobby, quick switch to another usually fixes that. If you PC is getting old, kick it down to 30fps, or you will be the hated one when your game doesn't load. Needs way more horsepower to run. The players are a whole other subject. With no chat to use, I have been playing a huge game of charades with some players, trying to figure out what they want. Others are clearer, they just kill you after a few seconds.
