It seems they gave it away for free and I either didn’t know or forgot to claim it. I don’t regret missing out, as I rarely pay attention to freebies, and I’m glad I bought it in the end.
The game is a linear roguelike that consists of three story chapters and can be played by any of four characters. The only drawback IMO, is that there is no save function, so you have to finish a chapter in one go, which can take up to an hour. Apart from that, I find everything else positive. The story, based on Korean folklore, sounds a bit strange but has an undeniable personality, along the distinctive style of the characters art.
For me, the standout elements are the soundtrack, which is excellent, and the gameplay, which feels really good. The turn‑based combat is very easy to get the hang of, so you can play at your own pace and adjust your focus according to enemy difficulty. The item and skill systems are also intuitive, making the game enjoyable from the first minute.
I highly recommend giving it a go. You can download a demo if you are unsure, and if you happen to get the full game for free, be sure to give it the chance it deserves.
