Most 'gamified' pomodoro on Steam [spoiler]such as Spirit City and gogh[/spoiler] require high spec hardware to run. Personally I don't have Super Gamer Computer and would like my gamified pomodoro to be lightweight, so I can leave it running in background without having my work softwares hiccuping.
From how I see it Bao Bao's Cozy Laundromat is more of this kinda tool, so if you're here for a more... exciting idle game? This is [i]probably[/i] not for you. There's not a lot of items you can unlock and the progression is kind of slow.
Also BGM isn't very... remarkable. It's your usual 'lo-fi beats to study to' type beat.

I dont think I can confidently recommend this game, the events are SO short lived so you have next to no time to "participate" in them, which just includes buying seasonal furniture.
I had to let my game run for almost 2 days straight to allow myself to accumulate enough to get the achievements, so I ran out of time to actually refund it, I do enjoy idle games but I cannot recommend this one at all. Also to add to it, it often crashed so I would lose some progress and some text would overlap others, little to no info on any of the items either. Its cute and absolutely has potential if they add other things to said game, even if its little random events or the ability to maybe iron some clothes yourself for extra coin IF you choose to do so etc. The game is VERY bare bones, they are looking to make another one but I am not confident in it.

This idle game is really cute and really simple. It might be too simple for some. I wish there were more upgrades available. Like being able to upgrade the pandas would be awesome. But given the price of the game I can't complain too much. I love having this running in the background as I do other things.

This idle game was nice and laid back. I feel like I could leave it running in the background when I play other games and it didn't cause any issues.
I know there aren't many guides on how to play, or if there's an 'efficient strategy' on item placement, but I don't think it would matter, as the game's AI is a bit weird with the pathing of the pandas. As long as you prioritise getting more workers to help out at the Laundromat, you'll be making money you've invested back much faster.
The decorations weren't that expensive, so it's nice to have an aesthetically pleasing background with plants, machines, and cats whilst your pandas are hard at work!
I would recommend this game if you're looking for an idle game, or just for easy achievements!
PS. Please keep in mind I said easy, not fast. Reaching that last achievement for '1M Coins in the bank' will take several days worth of afking with a load of panda workers.
PPS. There is a point in the game where it's no longer worth buying another panda helper, and just letting them accumulate the money over time instead of investing into the game. The last upgrade I bought for panda helpers was at the ~300k cost. After that, it took me about 1 full real time day of afking to reach 1M from 0.

It's a very cute game and quite a fun idle game. It is a bit slow moving at first but once you get the hang of it, it's not so bad. I will admit it could use a bit more direction in it's little tutorial but as long as you buy everything in pairs and get the higher washing and dryer, it's quite easy to make some money. I'd recommend giving it a shot!

A cozy, sweet slow burn game that you can play in the background. A great helper as a task manager for when that bug to distract yourself with something comes up or when the need to reward yourself for doing a good job (which I need all the time)
Highly recommend. I love the aesthetic a lot. Bao Bao killing it with this laundromat.

Starting off, this game is excruciatingly slow. I left to afk the game overnight and then I started progressing a lot faster. On day 2, I afked the game overnight again. By day 3, which is now, I've filled up the entire map. I didn't realize there was a pomodoro timer feature. I haven't tried it out yet. Overall for having the game run for nearly 43 hours so far and for $4, it's not too bad. I will the game was more developed and there was more progression-- ie prestiges, co ops, etc etc. Still, it was very fun and cozy. I really enjoyed seeing the interaction of the cat and the machines.

First of all, these pandas don’t even wear clothes. Whose clothes are those? Are they slaves? They’re not even getting paid, poor things. Just joking.
I didn’t dislike the game, but it feels empty. I know it’s an idle game, and I actually love idle games; I’ve completed many. After just a few hours of idle progress, I was able to buy every type of washing machine and dryer. Now I just have to wait to get the 1MM final achievement, but there’s nothing else to do. It has great potential, but right now it still feels like half a game.
The game is nice, but like most idle games, it's quite expensive for what it offers. It would benefit from borrowing some mechanics from clicker games, like upgrades for certain tasks that encourage interaction. That way, if you're actively focusing on the game, you can farm more efficiently.

I have to change the language every time I open the game
Inverted mouse movement controls didn’t work for me
I can’t easily move the game from one monitor to another (other games let you choose the monitor or use Shift to drag it, or even there is an icon)
Switching between windowed and docked mode requires restarting the game
Sometimes the save didn’t work and I lost some progress
I can’t move the objects I’ve placed on top of the washing machine.
You can place a machine behind another machine, and the panda gets stuck. I think that’s why the game doesn’t let you put one machine directly in front of another.
Obs.
There's no interaction with the environment. It would feel more alive if the pandas or cats reacted to clicks, or sometimes dropped coins or items
Add temporary buff items that increase income, like softener for washing machines, starch for ironing, or stain removers and wrinkle releasers for dryers.
Add upgrades for the pandas, like walking faster, carrying two loads at once, or repairing machines more quickly.
These upgrades would help players earn money more efficiently, allowing for higher prices on machines, and making the first extra panda more affordable (but it should be cheaper). That way, it would feel like you're actively progressing while playing, but the game wouldn’t feel so short. At the same time, you would still earn a normal amount passively when idle, keeping a good balance between active gameplay and idle progress.
More decoration is needed. There’s only one cat color and just one kind of panda. Adding cosmetics for the pandas would be a nice touch.
