Plutia seems to not be working for me, which is odd because the peashy dlc appears just fine. It's w/e though, hopefully this is addressed soon because i will not like that this and additional content 3 arent working while everything else is.

I cannot re-experience a character in quite the same way as this. I bought all the DLC in a bundle and got this for 25 cents, without ever looking at what any of the new content would be. The way they implemented the DLC characters was originally very confusing. She was suddenly in my party, so I added her to my lineup and enjoyed trying to discern her personality from just battles alone (since Plutia is not in any cutscenes), completely unaware she has an HDD mode like Neptune. Found out by accidental button press without even reading the menu while trying to use an item in battle, and the surprise was indescribable. 10/10 would recommend, wish everyone could discover her that way. (Ended up adding Peashy to my que after that to have a full HDD team early on, and was surprised by her change too.)

A sleepy little kid with a stuffed animal who transforms into a psycho dominatrix. It is as bizzare as you imagine. Also a really good game character to have in your party.

buy this when it's on sale. Plutia , what a Overpower charater in the beginning. until u got Vert , and Compa have more support skill. not much superia on late game but still have some good use for her Pro -Sadistic chr.(if u like) -Do A lot of damage and can heal ! , -Goddess mode that can be use even if storyline force normal character not to use -good exe gauge filler (rush hit up to 8 per command and combo link). -Can debuff. -after chapter 2, she alway stay in party pool. -all above make more flexible party setup. -her Lv cap. is not limited by other dlc content. Con -Sadistic chr. (if u don't like) -lilly rank start with zero with every one and hard to raise . thing that buyer should know. no story line or scene additional. since she have no scene so she have voice only in battle. no more art addition in album. good for first playthrough edit note : add more information and sorry for my english :P

Hanazawa goodness for the low price of 0.99 USD, free yandere voices included. *At the beginning, Plutia is OP but this tends to even out over the course of the game. Due to this, she is not necessary for completing any of the DLC content of the game (colosseum battles at 80+). Nonetheless, if you're a fan of Hanazawa, you really should get this for voice acting, it's brilliant. If you're playing with english voiceovers, then you're a scrub and you should switch to the Japanese VA. One notable problem with the DLC is the gigantic stomping noises she makes when she's set to leader- Not that you'd really care if, like me, you spam the jump button frequently for 24/7 Hanazawa.

EDIT:The below issue was fixed the day after release. Thanks for the speedy resolution. This DLC seems to be mislabeled. I purchased and installed this and the two content patches, but my in-game unlocks are not lining up with what I purchased. http://i.trtl.us/files/2015-01-30_00015.jpg At the time of this screenshot I had not purchased either Peashy or Histore from the steam store. I have now purchased all DLC and still do not have Plutia. http://i.trtl.us/files/dlcbug.png My recommendation is for getting her once she is actually obtained from this purchase .

Plutia is stupidly overpowred and easily does over 50k damage with her EXE alone, ontop of that she does tons of damage normally aswell as being adorable.

Always smiles, is really clueless, has no emotion in her voice, stomps really loudly when walking around despite wearing slippers, and is really overpowered. Best dollar ever spent on DLC.

I recommend getting all DLC for this game, at least if you like it. However, I don't recommend using any of the DLC characters in your first playthrough, because they'll spread your characters more thinly so you're less likely to get to know each character with her strengths and weaknesses in combat. Also, they range from slightly overpowered to absurdly overpowered, so it does feel like cheating. About Plutia specifically: She comes with HDD form (Iris Heart) and is going to carry you. HARD. She can be used as a primary supporter so you'll probably end up replacing Compa with her. All her healing spells are a direct upgrade, and her damage output from both combos and skills is incomparable, although not quite on the same level as Neptune or Peachy. During the middle game, Plutia grows into a monster leaving a trail of death and destruction behind her. She has good combo moves, a great skillset and can even learn Combo Link, a very strong move which is otherwise restricted to the four main goddesses. Her real power however is her EXE Drive. Unlike most others that deal str-based physical damage which many enemies are resistant to, hers is int-based and deals magical damage. If even that isn't enough for you, her EXE Drive also affects enemies with a mentality debuff, making any follow-up magical attacks utterly devastating. Pair her with Histoire, whose EXE Drive is also magical, and enemies will be obliterated to the point where you just have to feel sorry for them. Also, dat voice (you ARE playing with japanese voices on, right?).

I get the feeling I should not have purchased this DLC before ever playing, because Plutia has a deathgrip on one of my character slots and is never letting go. Even as awesome as IF and MAGES. are, I can not bring myself to shelf the yandere loli that turns into a dominatrix. So yeah...good or bad, don't know. A serious con though, she stomps around like a mecha, so I can't let her be Leader, as I can not endure the stomping. She really likes to drive you crazy.
