"Uzume Battle Entry" or I wanna call "Cool potato with red hair that can transform into orenge boi Battle Entry" Uzume tennouboshi. one of Main Character from Zero Dimension that come to universe of Re;birth Good : - COOL - Uzume at high level can do rush combo like Star Platinum - if you like someone who talk so much. Uzume is for you - make first playthrough little bit easy Bad : (Now the real fun begin) - She weak (Maybe weakest in entire DLC) - All of her skill don't have any break damage at all - her attack skill is not strong at all (if Neptune attack was 500 Uzume is only 150) - seem like she is some kind of tank character but NOPE! she is combo character....that all Well....She is good if you don't get serious about gameplay and like her. but if you want some good team battle. you not gonna stick with Uzume long.

A very lazy asset pull from VII, no thought seems to have been put into balancing her character with the rest of the party at all. This in turn makes her overall inferior to other party members, with one exception: Her attacks have the highest hit count among the entire party roster by far, which might make her useful as an EXE Drive farmer of sorts. The breakdown: - Uzume's skills have approximately 40% of the power of the rest of the party, leaving her SP Skills and even her EXE Drive unable to do any measure of worthwhile damage output. Her 1250 SP skill is only Power 180 (as a single target attack). To compare, Neptune's is 492 with AoE, Vert's is 377 with AoE and debuffs, Uni's is 468 with AoE, and MAGES. gets a whopping 500 (with AoE). - As for her EXE Drive, it's also pathetically weak, at power 500. The second weakest EXE Drive is MAGES., with 829, with IF having the strongest at 1052. (not counting Neptune's unique second EXE Drive) - She has really good Rush combos though, with her strongest Rush attack having 13 hits (the best you can get without her is 8 hits, on characters like Nepgear, Uni, Vert, and Plutia). However she suffers from inferior Power combos, her strongest coming in at 50. Her EX Combos are weird though, she only gets three -- one at each EXE level, and her 'rush' one is only available at 3, and does only 3 hits. But strangely enough, her 2 EXE combo has 150 power -- no other character gets higher than 60 power. If you're going to use her, your best option is to have her spam her rush move and have her use the 2 EXE finisher, which will get you more damage output total than any of her SP skills. However, also note that Uzume is lacking Combo Link. - Uzume has NO PASSIVE ABILITIES built-in to her characters. (The abilities you can see on the status screen by pressing X) This makes her the only character not to have them, which is pretty much inexcusable. She can only get passives through lily partnering and Game Discs. She also has NO PARTNER ATTACKS and NO FORMATION SKILLS to share with other party members (the only character to have none of the former, and while not the only character to have no formation skills... could they REALLY not have imported some from VII?). She does have some lily passives that she can grant to other characters, and weirdly enough, she gives Paralysis Immunity at Lily Rank 0. (Again, the only character to grant anything at no Lily Ranks) - Uzume has her own set of weaponry available (which are lazily named), but does not seem to have any changes of outfits or headwear, and has no Processor Units available other than her default, [BLANK], and the Processor Units that can be used universally by any of the CPUs and candidates (e.g. Measurements). Weapons are her only unique equipment that shows up in the shop, and I don't see any Plans designed for her in specific, though one disclaimer: I haven't tried running another full cycle of the game's story. I did look through the coliseum and guild listings for any quests with new rewards and the only thing available is a high level weapon for Uzume. (Message me if I'm missing anything.) Unless this gets patched to fix these outstanding issues, this is pretty much a waste of your money. We should have higher standards for DLC than this, and it's just plain insulting how little care was given in porting this content backwards.

Man. I love Uzume. She's genuinely my all-time favorite character from the entire Neptunia series as a whole, period. But this DLC is just such an awful hack-job that it's honestly depressing. First of all - she costs more than other DLC characters. Plutia, Peashy, Histoire - all great and useful characters (especially Histoire) are only 0,99€ each, while Uzume and more recent DLC are 1,59€ each. Second of all - Uzume just has loads of technical issues. It's almost weird how poorly ported over she was. She has some odd artifacting and transparency issues on her model, particularly around her hair but while that can be overlooked, her sound issues just cannot. Uzume is really quiet. Which is ironic considering her main weapon of choice is a freaking megaphone. But you know what isn't quiet about Uzume? Her attacks. While you can barely hear her speak, her attacks are genuinely the loudest thing you'll hear in this game. The pure icing on the cake is the fact that her attacks are bugged. While they do the advertised amount of hits, sure, they only show one damage number, being for the first attack, making it incredibly misleading on how much damage she's actually dealing. This put me off at first because I thought all her attacks were bugged and do only 1 hit, leaving her to just essentially be a worse version of Plutia. Uzume was ported over to Re;Birth1 very poorly and very hastily. If you told me her code and model was hastily copy and pasted from VII over to Re;Birth1 - I'd probably believe you considering how many technical issues she has. I love Uzume, but this DLC is outright insultingly bad to fans of Uzume. I don't know what the Re;Birth2 or Re;Birth3 DLCs are like with her in it but it's a safe assumption that they're too lazy implementations with no love and care.

I want to recommend this DLC because it's uzume, however she is kinda garbage. The only good thing about uzume is getting the EXE gauge up and she has the ability to revive people. Other than that, damage doesn't exist, super squishy (dies easily), SP consumption is very high. Uzume will end up being switched out for other characters, even the non DLC characters are arguably stronger and more useful than Uzume (base characters are not killed that easily). It's sad actually.
