I really like this game and highly recommend it. I do have some critiques: 1) Too many incidents happening in one day. The smoker, the vagrant, the person setting bombs in the machines, it is too much. 2) The T-shirt store is unnecessary and tedious. I don't even draw anything on the shirts. I only pick the right size and color and print. 3) There is a bottleneck happening at the end of the day with the iron/fold station. There should be shelves that can help hold the clean clothes until the AI is ready. Or maybe just more stations for ironing/folding. There are unlimited machines but only 1 ironing board? Makes no sense 4) You need to be able to fire people. I stopped paying the employees so I would have the fun of actually washing and drying the clothes. Overall, I have so much fun with the game. It is definitely worth it, on sale. It is chaotic in good ways and bad ways. I think keeping it as a simulator is the way to go. Right now, this feels like it is trying to be more than a simple simulator. I get wanting to attract different players but the calmness of a simulator is the point.

Laundry Store Simulator might sound like a niche concept, but it turns out cleaning clothes and managing a shop makes for an oddly addicting experience. You start with the basics: one washing machine, a tiny space, and a steady trickle of impatient customers. But the game quickly opens up into a full-blown business sim. You're upgrading machines, hiring staff, decorating your store, and slowly transforming a dingy corner shop into a sleek, multi-service laundry empire. What makes Laundry Store Simulator shine is its balance. There’s a relaxing rhythm to the gameplay—clean, dry, fold, repeat—but it never feels stagnant thanks to a steady stream of unlocks, upgrades, and visual improvements. Customizing the shop interior with stylish tiles, plants, and signs gives it a personal touch, and the customer reactions help sell the feeling that your business is growing. The visuals are clean and colorful, with a touch of cozy charm. It's got that “watch your empire grow” satisfaction you’d expect from a tycoon game, without the overwhelming micromanagement. That said, some minor AI bugs and repetitive tasks (especially ironing—ugh) can slow things down, but nothing game-breaking.

well worth the money. The only room for self service machines is too small but there are two other rooms for purchase that can't take the self service machines that remain empty. the employee needs to fill vending machines. i would like to see the soup worker refill stock before it's empty. Recent update allowing level 7 is nice. The laundry store wants you to change prices every day. that stinks. That employee has been much improved so that's great.

The game is fun for what it is, the loop of earning money to buy upgrades to make more money and hire employees to make earning money easier is motivating. Some players have complained that the game is too grindy and I kinda agree. On the other hand, when it took me a dozen in-game days to earn enough money to afford an expensive upgrade, it felt really rewarding because I know I had to "work hard" to get that upgrade which gave it a lot of worth. I did 100% the game and I have to admit this was not fun towards the end. The grind for some of the achievements is way to long, especially the puker achievements. This "enemy" usually appears every 6 days, but on some of those days they just don't spawn which made this grind pretty annoying. The custom t-shirt achievement also took a long time and since there is no employee for the t-shirt printing, I had to do it all manually which was kinda tedious. In the end, it took me 82 hours to get all achievements. Overall, this is a fun game if you are willing to look past some bugs and jankyness and if you do not strive for 100% completion.

I got this game just to pass time but quickly became addicted. I really enjoy all the extra character stories and the chaos they bring. I also enjoyed the added loot box and collecting all the items from each of them. There is so much to do in this game and it will keep you busy unlocking everything. The only thing I mildly got annoyed with is accidentally misplacing an item on the wrong shelf, and not being able to put the item back in the box to correct it. My fault, but that would be an awesome feature to add.

Not a bad game... it gets repetive a lot.. would recommend that the prices of Laundry go up so that you can full fill the challanges that is offered in the game. I do enjoy it.. would be better off starting in the office than outside.. and I wish that we got more money for selling our old washers and dryers.. 1.10 for something that you paid over 100. for is crazy.

Five stars. I’ve never felt so emotionally invested in folding virtual socks. This game taught me patience, precision, and how to stare into a dryer drum for 45 minutes without blinking. Riveting stuff.
