A cute little laundry game where you make the laundry mat you own. Fix, and decorate the store how you like to show it off to your clients. Make sure to provide quick service with a smile, or no tip for you. Lots of goals, characters to meet, and story lines. Upgrade your machines for faster service and more moola in your pockets. Tired of doing a bunch of running around and feeling like your just not making the money you should be? Invest in employees who love working at a laundry mat more than YOU! (maybe) Also, don't forget, loans and bonuses can be found an acquired if you are savvy enough to find them. Just try this cute little laundry game. I promise you'll get hooked. Totally better than trying to do this in real life. Or...perhaps it will inspire you buy your own???? Who knows...

One of the better simulators on the market. It's just a very satisfying experience as you progress and unlock things. The added quests and various characters definitely add to the experience. A great way to just mindlessly unwind after a long day.

Laundry Store Simulator is a deceptively compelling entry in the growing catalog of niche business management games. Developed by Akhir Pekan Studio and published by PlayWay S.A., it blends the familiar mechanics of a simulation tycoon with a uniquely grounded premise: managing and expanding a laundromat from the ground up. While on paper the concept may seem mundane, the game delivers a surprisingly deep, satisfying gameplay loop that rewards both efficiency and creativity, turning everyday chores into a rewarding virtual enterprise. You begin in a dusty, neglected laundry shop with nothing but a couple of aging machines and limited customer traffic. From these humble beginnings, the game tasks you with managing every aspect of the business—washing, drying, folding, ironing, and even delivering clothes—before introducing a variety of upgrades and side ventures. As you progress, you're able to install coin-operated machines, open a mini-mart, offer custom T-shirt printing, and optimize delivery logistics. Every new feature is layered into the gameplay with surprising thoughtfulness, ensuring that the challenge scales alongside your growing capabilities. The heart of the game lies in its rhythm of repetitive, task-based progression. You’ll often find yourself juggling multiple responsibilities at once: grabbing loads of laundry, operating machines, managing restocks, ironing garments via minigames, and racing against the clock to maintain customer satisfaction. Though these mechanics are relatively simple on their own, the sense of urgency and real-time decision-making creates an almost hypnotic gameplay flow. The inclusion of small interactive minigames—like popping wrinkles while ironing or folding clothes with quick gestures—adds a satisfying tactile element that helps break up the repetition and provides a stronger connection to your day-to-day tasks. Despite the chaotic multitasking that develops in the mid to late stages, the game never loses its inherently cozy appeal. The audio design, featuring upbeat music and the ambient hum of washers and dryers, creates a calming atmosphere that counterbalances the frantic pace. There’s a certain charm in watching quirky NPCs wait around while their laundry spins or interact with your slowly growing store. Although the character models and animations are simple, the environment’s personality comes through in its details—from vending machines to delivery counters and screenprinting stations, every new element adds color to the experience. Progression is at the core of what makes Laundry Store Simulator addictive. Earning money allows you to upgrade equipment, automate processes, hire employees, and unlock new services. There's a genuine sense of advancement as your dingy laundromat transforms into a busy, multi-service community hub. The introduction of staffing shifts the gameplay from direct micromanagement to more strategic oversight, though the AI sometimes creates new challenges: employees may glitch, fail to restock, or navigate inefficiently, requiring you to intervene manually or redesign your layout. These issues can be frustrating but never entirely derail the experience. That said, the game is not without its rough edges. Technical issues like keybind resets, poorly optimized pathfinding, and occasional save-related bugs can interrupt the otherwise smooth gameplay. Several players have reported that certain tutorial messages contradict the actual mechanics—for example, being told that ironing is optional only to find out that customers won’t pay without it. These inconsistencies can make early progression feel confusing or slow, especially when combined with the grindy nature of earning your first few upgrades. Achievements and badges, while plentiful, often hinge on repetitive tasks that some players may find tedious rather than challenging. Visually, Laundry Store Simulator is functional but clearly limited by a modest production budget. The environments are clean and readable, but textures lack detail, and the animations are stiff and basic. Still, this simplicity serves the gameplay well, ensuring that important objects and customer needs are never visually obscured. The UI, though a bit clunky in places, generally gets the job done. The game isn’t trying to dazzle with aesthetics—it’s focused entirely on delivering a satisfying loop of goal-driven, hands-on management. What elevates the game beyond its basic premise is the unexpected sense of accomplishment it instills. Running a laundry store isn’t glamorous, but there’s something deeply rewarding about mastering its routines and watching your business grow. Over time, you move from reactive micromanager to strategic planner, customizing workflows, choosing what services to prioritize, and deciding where to invest your hard-earned profits. By the late game, the systems interlock in a way that’s satisfying to oversee—whether it’s coordinating deliveries, optimizing space for customer flow, or integrating new revenue sources. Laundry Store Simulator ultimately succeeds because it respects the core principle of a good sim: make the ordinary feel extraordinary. It turns the mundane act of laundry into a methodical, deeply engaging challenge with plenty of room for optimization, customization, and personal expression. While technical limitations and minor bugs occasionally get in the way, they don’t overshadow the game’s strengths. For players who enjoy process-based gameplay, multitasking, and business sims with a quirky twist, this is a uniquely satisfying and unexpectedly addictive experience that proves even chores can be fun—if the system behind them is well built. It's not too bad, except for some things that I couldn't stand. One big thing is the customers getting stuck in dryers... it's funny the first time, but then it becomes gradually more annoying. Especially the sound they make, which you hear no matter where you are in the store. I muted the volume, but it's harder to play without audio cues. The other problem is the bugs that the devs take a long time to fix, and meanwhile they release silly quests (which sometimes have bugs) or expensive aesthetic items (like the lazy detergent bottles with their label not even on the right side!). If they acknowledged the issues, at least, to keep us updated... but nope, no communication. I played quite a while at 49 hours, so I guess I got my money's worth at least. But I just don't care to play anymore.

Got this for 10$. I played it to max lvl and max shop lvl and bought all upgrades in game. So far as it is now its fun (7/15/25} The game feels good and plays well. 8/10 I am not sure if the game is getting updates i just have not checked if it is i have a few suggestions. The random quest in the game felt good and the amount of things the quest add was unexpected gave a nice break to siting around. 1. change and fix prices from the computer / phone 2. add more places for the store shelves to be, one or two of the locations felt odd to play around, or being able to unlock more around the building. 3. the robot cleaner in my game near the end game seamed to just vanish and go away, starting the new day only fixed it once or twice and i had to fully log out and login every 1-2 in game days to fix. 4. the stock girl randomly fills in the wrong items to shelves and vending machine but looking at this online it seams everyone knows about this. 5. the stock girl is probably the worst person in the game. she would work for 2 sec fill one machine and never do anything after that, cant get her to move items inside or once they are inside use them for the store. 6. having to tell the bike guy each day at 9:30am to go pick up cloths got old. also needs an upgrade to add another bike / person for delivery. 7. adding another person for washing or just a person to take things from the dryer to the folding table would be a huge improvement. The day would be over and 10-15 min would go by and everyone would still be doing work. 8. vending machine add one for snacks 9. the end game needs more stuff maybe open another store with a loan or whatnot, using the money you spent making in the game. 10. add ability to edit bathroom and parking lot outside your store, maybe have upgrades or invest into the paint store to unlock more items ect. 11. add the achievements for cleaning shoes / and add more goals to go after. Overall I had a good two days playing hope to see updates.

It's better than most average simulator games out there but I cannot recommend it for now. It has pros and cons that you should be aware of before you buy. I will summarized them as below. Pros: - Good employee system that automatically do most tedious work for you except painting shirt, shoes cleaning, restocking, collecting money from self service machine and delivering services. Also the daily bills are cheap. - Many upgrade systems which keep you in track what to do next. Cons: 1. Extremely slow progress design to make you spend more time for no reason. Every upgrades cost multiple days of profit just for 1 simple upgrade that doesn't worth the price. For example worker walk 10% faster, stop delivering bike to ask you where customers house is. Without upgrade, employees will annoy player all the time. 2. Extremely Annoying system that you should disable immediately after start playing in "peaceful mode". Normal mode is garbage. Customer throw trash/bomb in laundry machine, annoy special customers keep making chaos all the time. This kind of design is to annoy player as much as possible. You had been warn. 3. You can't sell anything. You have to throw it in the trash if some machine not used anymore and don't have space to put it.

While I recommend this game, and have had an absolute blast playing it, once I hit 40 hours and had decided to 100% the game, it really started to show some of its weaknesses. The most major weakness is how badly your staff needs your help instead of being YOUR help. Namely, the washing/drying and ironing/folding staff members: they just can't keep up, their path-finding needs work, and the fact they prioritize the main wash room and/or the best washing/drying equipment needs some adjusting. However, these issues are not really a problem once you start raking in the cash, and by the time I had hit 100% of the achievements, I had over $500k in funds, but can be a problem when trying to efficiently get certain achievements in this game (any that need an X amount of something done for a certain customer). Now, the BIGGEST problem when getting all of the achievements is how long it'll take, and the three problem areas are as follows: the puker achievement, the custom t-shirt achievement, and the lint-roller achievement. Most other achievements can be sped up by focusing on a certain customer base once all machines are unlocked (which are some of the other grindy achievements mentioned previously). So, what makes these three particular achievements so much of a time-sink when compared to the others of a similar type? The RNG, pure and simple. You barely hit 6 customers a day for the custom T-shirt achievement, the puker also barely shows up when compared to the other random NPCs that you must fend off (smoker, graffiti kid, ect.), and the lint-roller achievement also falls into this same category as the previous two; the lint just does not show up often enough. Granted, the puker achievement can be gotten earlier if one is aware enough about it to knock 'em over the head on time, but due to RNG, it can be the longest or easiest. The lint-roller and custom T-shirt ones alone will take an extra 30 - 40 hours to get due to the exceedingly low number of occurrences per day, and thus this just becomes a waiting game. Yet, this is one of the better store sim games to have come out recently, and is definitely one I would recommend to someone who enjoys this type of game, or what I like to call “store sims.” It is unique in that it has side-quest, challenges, random NPC events, loads of character, store and staff upgrades, and its way of selling used items one has as well as when buying certain decorations (the paint) that make the small street you are on feel more alive. Thus, Laundry Store Sim gets a 9/10 from me, and is one I highly recommend to pick up at full price or on-sale, you will absolutely get your moneys worth, but you have been warned about how grindy the achievements can be, and is something I hope can be addressed soon.
