It's amazing. I love the story behind it, and watching CaseOh's gameplay really got me into this game! And when I saw that he was added into the story too, AND became a customer? 10/10 game here. I'm not even glazing this is real talk.

I really like this game! :) I’ve spent hours in it already, but I do believe even though it’s a masterpiece, I think some things would be nice if they were added are: 1. MORE DECORATION OPTIONS THAT ACTUALLY FACTOR INTO GAMEPLAY OR HUST MORE DECORATION AND CUSTOMZATIOM OPTIONS!!! LET US CHANGE THE TYPE OF DOORS WE HAVE, LET US ADD STUFF ON THE WINDOWS!!! carpets would be a nice addition too 2. TEH ABULTY TO MOVE THINGS LIKE THE PIPES ON THE CEILING, MINIMART SHELVES, THE PILLARS THAT CAUSE THE LAUNDRY BASKET CUBE SHELVES TO BE SEPERATED!!! STUFF IN THE OFFICE And most things that you can’t already move!!! 3. MORE INCENTIVE TO ACTUALLY PAY OFF THE LOAN! (This is coming from someone who hasn’t paid it off so I have no clue if anything happens) BUTI THINK THEIR SHOULD BE MORE OF A PUSH FOR THE PLAYER TO PAY IT OFF! Becuase right now it just sits their, doing nothing and i kinda got the impression the guy who loaned you the money is an evil bloke, so why can’t he do more about us not paying? Or, there could be a more tangible link between the people that come in that cause trouble like the naughty customer and him? Like he paid them to cause trouble because you didn’t pay? I don’t know, BUT I THINK HE COULD BE EXPANDED UPON MORE AND HAVE A MORE INTERWOVEN ROLE! 3. Thsi isn’t really a feature but, I think the graphics could use more work, some things look alright, while some things look like a texture slapped on a 3D model, I think the gameplay is solid and resent the idea that games should be judged on graphics but I think the games a little ugly and it could use a little prettying up. 4. MAKE NPCS THAT WOULD OTHER WISE STAND, SIT ON THE BENCHES YOU PLACE AND READ SOMETHING OR ADD STUFF THEY CAN DO OTHER THAN JJST STAND THEIR!!! Excluding the npcs at the register and the ones coming to pick up their laundry of course, I think that it would make the npcs seem less…Stupid…for an example, I know from the time I went to a laundry mat irl, there was nothing to do, SO! I PROPOSE ADDING NPCS SITTING DOWN ON BENCHES YOU PLACE IN TEH ROOM! ADD A PURCHASEABLE ARCADE CABINET YOU CAN PLACE THEY COULD PLAY WHILE THEY WAIT OR JUST HAVE THEM LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER! Which maybe could factor in a system were if they leave theirs a chance someone could steal their clothes? Making more problems for the player and giving a reason to add a staff member that deals with trouble? 5. EXPAND THE MAP ABIT WITH MORE VENDORS! When I first played I saw the small alley way across the street and it looked like I could enter it, and of course in game you can’t, but what if you could? Adding a new vendor down the alley, could be nice or alternatively, HAVE A SYSTEM WERE THE BUILDINGS ALREADY ON THE STREET BECOME ACTUAL STORES THE FURTHER YOU PROGRESS INGAME! Giving the player a feeling of bringing life back to the very delapitated state of the STREET!!! 6. This one’s more a personal opinion but I don’t really like that certain items are blocked behind a game of chance since it’s sorta sucks and it doesn’t really make sense that you can get gold washing machines and certain other things by paying money on a tablet, I feel it just ruins the feeling of I’ve worked hard and leveled up now I get better items, when you can just gamble for gold stuff 7. NEVER USE AI ART! I would rather play a game with MS PAINTed logos and posters than AI ones, doing it yourself also has the added benefit of learning new things for later projects! :) 8. More customer variety and Have quest lines influence when specific types of customers come in, like once you help the cop, he tells his buddies and have more cops come in, you help the kids? They tell their friend's about your shop and so on, which can lead to being able to have more customers that reference shows and other games come in :D 9. LET US UPGRADE THE STAFF IN MORE WAYS THAN JUST ONE, LET US UPGRADE OUr MINI MART SHELVES TO BE BIGGER!!! LET US CHANGE THE WAY OUR STAFF LOOK IDK I RAN OUT OF THINSG OTHER THAN THOSE THINGS! I think the game is great! :) I really like it

I adore this game quite a lot, it's got a lot of fun upgrades and customizations and the "chores" aren't tedious like in many sim games. HOWEVER. There's a lot of bugs. When I say a lot I mean a lot. The most crippling one right now is if you seem to have more than one controller or keyboard/ mix and match of both, the game will FREAK out and forget your keybinds. After playing the game for 40+ hours it's kind of crazy how I don't even want to play it anymore because with every bug patch seeming to go out the issue is still not fixed. (It's not steam or my own personal devices as every other game has worked perfectly fine, even on other launchers other than steam. Drove myself crazy with that one.) Overall if you're looking for something fun to try out I would highly reccomend, just try and get through the weeds of bugs first.

Like any typical Sim game it comes down to management. This time as name says you manage Laundry Store. Wash and Dry various different type of clothes, iron them and fold them. Build your store how you want it to be. Game is good and relaxing without much to add. If you can get it with a sale its worth to try.

Great game, I've been watching Caseoh videos on YouTube about this game and it seems fun. After buying the game and playing it for some time, I would say it's been great. There are so many things in the game, plus more things will be added in the future. The only thing is the random events happening outside of the laundry, like the smoker, naughty customer, or Santa Claus. But overall, it's a great game. I would also love to edit the interior a little bit, like moving pipes, and removing random boxes on the ground that I can't currently move, as well as upgrading the bathroom.

Good way to spend time, also i love how it has some side stories along with horror aspect. late game is not well optimised when bunch of npc spawns, the game starts freezing/jumping no matter how beefy machine you got, only way to avoid that is you gotta lower the settings and resolution. surely the game is quite new and i hope they will continue to patch things and add more on side stories since that keeps game exciting.

I've been playing in relaxed mode. In that mode, I enjoy it. I am not fond of the controls. Feels off a bit. I will try the other options later. I wanted a relaxing game. So far, it's enjoyable. Resale of items is rather cheap. They are still updating it. It takes some grinding early on. I don't know about later, yet. I'm still working on it. I'm 7 hours in. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3497353785 I'm always running around like crazy during open hours, grabbing wet laundry, throwing it in the dryer, then to the ironing board. I hired someone early on. At the end of the day, I finish up the orders after hours (I don't mind working late because time stands still at 2200 hours). Once orders are done, I empty the coin machines. Do a few upgrades and go back to washing, drying, delivering to ironing board and back to sales. I like it and the progression, though it feels a tad bit slow in progression. We do get a cool light switch option. Off/Automatic/On :) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3496945777 If I were to pick one I'd have to have changed, it's the controls on the keyboard. It just feels like all the wrong keys and I'd rather use the mouse button for some of it, and right mouse to get out of it. Hopefully they will adjust that, and maybe add some more options in the menu. Fun game, habit forming. The mini games are not bad at all! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3488455817 I bought my game on sale. Walk around when the clock stops. Check things out. :)

Like many others, I started playing this because of CaseOh. And I've come to love the game, don't get me wrong. Though I've caught several issues that are killing my enjoyment of the game, but first here are some of my pro's for the game: 1. The pace of leveling is quite comfortable, and you never stagnate for too long in the same player or laundry level. 2. There's tons of things to do to keep you busy. Helping your staff out to speed the pace up, restocking, changing prices, doing other tasks etc., 3. The Staff/Machine/Tool upgrade system is great, the upgrades are very noticeable and it gives you more things to chase after. 4. Multiple ways to profit from (some worse and some better than others..) and you can spend a lot of time trying to find the best machine layout for best profits. 5. Automation (staff hire) is pretty easy, and some are slightly more arduous (i.e 50 custom shirts to get Nikell), it's still simple and quick, proven by the fact I got to max lvl and rank within 20 hours or so. 6. Side quests are pretty funny and collecting the rewards is satisfying. 7. The special Exclusive Store was a lovely touch, the upgrades are 9/10 times must-haves. 8. The Skill tree is also nice, and nearly all of the skills are worth getting asap, additionally they're pretty cheap (max 400ish $ which isn't much later in the game). Unfortunately, if you're remotely similar to me, you'll come to a point where you'd love everything to work smoothly (machines and staff), but the AI is either buggy, or the game is too flawed to keep up with your pace. Thus, the cons: 1. The game gives you a plethora ways to maximize profit, attract customers, purchase more machines etc. Sounds good no? Well the game provides you with a bunch of nothing burgers when it comes to KEEPING UP WITH IT ALL. One single minimart restocker (whose AI is buns unfortunately). It always attempts to restock the vending machines first. Even if someone took a single soda can, it'll run asap to restock it. Meanwhile my Minimart is beyond empty. Ideally it should at the very least focus on the Minimart first, or better yet focus on any product that's nearly running out. 2. When it comes to the Minimart, it locks you out of restocking as soon as a customer shows up (same for the vending machines), which slows the Restocker Employee even more, since now they have to waste up to several seconds at a time to wait for their turn (can be very lengthy when 2-3 different customers are waiting to access the same shelf). In general, it would be better if 3 or even more employees could restock the shelves (ideally without waiting for the customers to finish). 3. The Cleaning Robot, as well as the washers and dryers often get stuck in an infinite loop if you stack some machines up against each other. So I had to lower the number of coin machines I had from 130+ to 100ish just to somewhat avoid having the robot getting stuck in an infinite loop (if it gets stuck, it won't clean ANYTHING else). Same goes for the Washers and Dryers if you try to maximize your space. This is because both of them tend to phase through placed machines and can randomly stop phasing, leaving them stuck in between machines (or something like this). 4. Storage Unit is... awkward to say the least. The restocker doesn't pick up boxes from the outside and place them onto the inside shelves (not like it has any time to do this anyways, but you'd expect it to be able to do it right?). Additionally, the storage system doesn't have any way to remember where you place items. This feels important to have, since the Employee tosses things around willy-nilly. Which makes figuring out which items need to be ordered WAY harder (Perhaps a way to "Lock" a shelf just like you can lock Minimart shelves would be great). 5. Certain "business ventures" are plainly useless: Custom Shirt Design, Shoe Cleaning, Carpet Washing, Laundry Delivery. All of those combined barely contest the profits I earn from my weakest profit source (Minimart). It's insane how expensive their upgrades are, including Staff hiring and upgrading, when they earn only a few hundred a day at best. For reference, Minimart earns about 600$ a day, Vending Machines 600$, Coin Laundry from 2800$ to 3000+$, Manual 1200$. 6. It was initially a big negative at first, but I thought the Minimart deserves more than 4 shelves, especially when there are 7 products that can be sold, it's not even 2 shelves per product. But this kind of became less relevant now that I've realised a fully maxed out Lori can't even keep up with restocking the 4 shelves I do have... Still, in a perfect world there'd be minimum 7 shelves, with 3-4 Lori's :/ 7. Later in the game, 2 Washers and Dryers aren't enough, same for the 2 Folders and the single Cashier. I'm not really min-maxing the Manual Laundry Machines, but you could definitely have up to 20 washing machines and 20 dryers + the specific washing machines, and once you do have them, it takes an extra 5+ minutes at the end of each shift for all of the dryers to be emptied out. But if you were to have 3-4 Washers, you'd be able to get way more loads washed, dried, ironed and folded (provided we also have 3-4 Folders). And since we're way faster than before, more shelves will be needed for the batches and ofc a 2nd or 3rd cashier. Despite all of these annoying bugs and irksome issues, I still genuinely do like the game, hence a Recommendation from me. I just wish the developers would focus on perfecting the current experience before creating more updates (Delivery, Carpet Cleaning, Shoe Cleaning etc.) when they don't even bring in profit. The game literally advertises that we can build a Laundry Business Empire, but with just a handful of employees and basically a fixed cap on profits (since the game can't keep up with our success), we can barely build a Business Village, let alone an Empire. I've had plenty of fun so far, and I'll probably play it for a dozen more hours until I get everything else done in the game.

Fun Simulator game, I had seen Caseoh playing it on youtube and it looked like good silly, relaxing fun so I thought I would give it a try as I really liked Card Simulator and Shopping Market Simulator in the past. Fun gameplay, graphics are good enough and it has some funny moments to. It also runs WONDERFUL on the Steam Deck, with the Power Usage only set at 6 to, so the battery lasts a good while. Was away from home and the internet today and I got to play 3 hours of it and had a blast. Controls well with a controller/steam deck to thankfully! If you want a chill and relaxing Simulator game and you enjoyed Card Shop Simulator and the Supermarket one or you have a Steam Deck, this this one out ASAP! Never in my wildest dreams would I ever thought I would have started to enjoy these Simulator games, glad I gave them a try! I have tried 6 and I disliked 3 and refunded them but I also LOVED the other 3 that I mentinoed up above. **9 Hours later and having a blast, this is def up there with my fav simulator games (Card Shop and Supermarket ones). Really fun gameplay, good balance to, check it out! Playing it on a mix of Steam Deck and PC**
