If im being honest with myself here, this is a pretty boring and shallow fighting game. Poor resolution and a very shallow move list make this one poor at best. Something that baffled me was how there was no online multiplayer which makes this game lose all of its already poor staying power.
Five bucks for one mode against AIs? Nah, Im good.

The game itself is fun, but it doesn't feel great on the fighting balance, to be honest i don't really know what is that it does wrong or lacks, but it really has room to improve.
If you find it on sale, just get it and check if it suits you.

It's a fun fighting game. I didn't get it at first, but I'm going to leave a hint: Use the second character to extend your combos easily.

This DLC doesn't worth a thing. I mean i read the reviews and it tells about panty shot and more update narative, for me it's still the same with original version. Until i can't find out what was change by this patch. How can you in the middle of fighting and seeing that panties? useless 500mb fr.

The best part, this DLC is free! What are you waiting for? Stop reading reviews and get this DLC! (You probably already have it though...)
It's 20/20
I'm given a hard decision to make about this DLC. If you're some passersby just looking to figure out what this DLC comes with, why it's free, and why it's built into this game. Well, I'll try to make this as copacetic as possible. This is a game from 2009 built on an engine from 2002. The DLC is free, but this version of the game is kinda fucked. If you don't want to pay for it just yet, Go find Tomaki Sugeno's blog, the free version is on there still. This dlc adds back in all the panty shots and patches that the original freeware version had. Now that's fine and dandy, but simply putting in the option to turn on and off the "adult," content would be easier. I mean they added in a difficulty setting so why not. "They" as in eigoMANGA, a company that may or maynot own any rights to the game, and simply pay Sugeno an amount of money for him to stay out of it. Tomoaki Sugeno, seems like a deeply isolative individual, but that's a conversation you can have on your own. Anyway, this DLC undoes most of what eigoMANGA changed, with the benefit of adding in a difficulty setting. Tomoaki abandoned this game, has spoken about coming back, and then abandoning it consistently since 2011. There are now 2 companies claiming to have the legitimate rights to produce exclusive material for this game, exA-Arcadia is now in the mix, making an arcade cabinet with exclusive features. I can't tell you what those features might be, since eigoMANGA apparently got the video taken down. This DLC is the highlight of that one area, where even I get annoyed with people making gooner content for non adult games. To clarify, this is a free DLC giving you difficulty options, and unfucking eigoMANGA's patch, as well as adding back in pussy shots. On mostly "presumably," under-aged characters. There's that grey area of hentai, where like the characters aren't real, but it still feels weird, I'm not really sure if this is where I call that, as most of the characters I play are the overtly adult characters. However, of the content cut, and characters unfinished, the thing I don't like the most, is the cut content with Juliet (one of the more childish looking characters) giving panty shots. I didn't look specifically for that, but Monokoma Editor in Chief of Unseen64 seems to like cataloging every cut content. And disliking every game under the sun. In the end, maybe shame is what ran the creator away from this, and all subsequent efforts. Maybe. Maybe I spent way to much money and got this: a free consolation prize to a game I could get a much better and free version of. I already have a difficult time liking fighting games. Between having bad settings, and resolution, outdated implementation, sketchy history, and the fucking bullshit about fighting game final bosses; There's a lot to not like. I just mean to say, if you bought this game, you're like me, a sucker. What do they say about Hindsight?

There is a huge learning curve, moreso if you are a novice at fighting games. The game almost expects you to be a master at it from the get go.
The visuals are pleaseing to the eye. Overall this game can be fun once you get the hang of the controls.

So... Um.. What was the difference between the normal and the Director's Cut version? I mean, shouldn't there be at least some form of nudity if in the description it does say "uncensored"? I feel kind of ripped off, even if the DLC was free. Game's fun though, if you like jiggling plot, and non-linear plot curves.
