Needs matchmaking. But the game is extremely fun.. i gifted the game to several discord friends. We have been having a blast!!! i'm sorry if you don't have friends to play this game with.
Suggestion: Add more Game types like Last Man Standing instead of just elims/survive.

As a remote play together game this game is great, and me and my friends really enjoy it.
The Pros:
(+) The art style fits perfectly for what the game is trying to be. Simple but effective, it’s like the game knows its vibe and rolls with it.
(+) The concept? A rogue-like party brawler? Chef’s kiss. The randomness keeps things spicy, although some augments could definitely use a bit more oomph.
(+) Uniquely designed characters that feel mostly balanced. Each hero plays differently, which keeps the gameplay interesting. The balance could use a little polish, but it’s fun figuring out which one clicks for you.
(+) Love that there is a (toggle-able if you don't want it) overtime feature, to prevent my friends from trying to play hard to get. There's girls that already do that for you.
(+) Remote Play Together? Works like a charm. Smooth, seamless, and no tech headaches. A game that gets it right..
(+) Big maps feel like playgrounds for mayhem. No matter what character you pick, you’ve got room to strategize (or just wreak havoc) without feeling cramped.
The Cons:
(-) The character selection screen gives you no clue what you’re signing up for. You won’t know what your character can do until you're knee-deep in battle. And choosing a hero with limited ammo? Feels rough when the right augments aren't available.
(-) Sometimes it feels like losing is the key to winning. Early losses can lead to better augments, while winning too soon feels like a punishment. It's a weird balance between rewarding the underdog and incentivizing victory, but the system can definitely be gamed and feels bad when done so.
(-) Small maps can be pure chaos. When one hero is firing 80+ damage projectiles that bounce all over the place, dodging is nearly impossible, even with maxed-out dodge stats. It's not about nerfing anyone (because buffs are always more fun), but giving the maps more space to handle that chaos would help.
Final Verdict:
In the grand scheme, the pros shine over the cons. This game is phenomenal as a party brawler and is perfect for Remote Play Together. The randomness, chaos, and sheer fun make it a must have for group sessions. However, if you’re planning to fly solo or rely on matchmaking, it might not be as satisfying or recommended. This is a game made for friendship-fueled mayhem, so grab your buddies, dive into the madness, and enjoy the ride. If you need a friend(s) to play with, feel free to find me (:

Great & innovative fighting mechanics !
The blessings keep each game fresh, and result in exciting combinations together with the inherent character attributes.
May the studio bless us with matchmaking soon

Super fun game for nights with friends ! The possibility to be behind and having good blessings makes the game way more fun for us because we have a big variety of skills in our group.
Very cheap for the fun it gives !

I'll have to get a refund. The game isn't popular enough for the party finder to solve the dire need for matchmaking, and there's no bots to make up for it or to play offline. As a result, so far, I haven't been able to actually play.
This game was clearly put out there way too early, like many "early access" games, except that Krosfighter presents itself as a finished product. It needed a lot more work. I seriously can't believe you wouldn't work on putting CPU players in the game, and instead rely entirely on a community that won't just flock to everything Ankama makes. They just stick to Dofus for the most of them. So now I'll only remember it as a letdown, no matter what it becomes later.
2 months ago, they introduced the party finder, but way too late. The game is already dead because of its matchmaking issue, despite the half-off promotion they ran earlier.
Krosfighter could've been so much, if the devs didn't put it out half-baked. Not even half-baked, the ingredients are still at the supermarket. But hey, it sure looked cute on YouTube, when popular content creators have viewers to play with. I'm happy for them, because I sure wish I could've been able to play as well.
Additional point. I've seen the gameplay videos, and many icons they use for the augments can be found in Waven, sometimes just recolored, sometimes not even. That's lazy.
Good luck reviving this game.

Doesn't have online matchmaking????
You have 3 options:
- Host a game and share a code with other people that bought the game;
- Join a game by code;
- Host a game and invite your friends through steam remote play.
Sadly bought the game and can't play it, I won't be refunding the game in hopes Online Matchmaking gets added in the future.
For now this will be a negative review.
Edit: Got some friends and tried remote play and it was fun, will be passing the review to positive as I had a lot of fun but still hoping for online matchmaking.

No matchmaking to play online.
No solo mode.
If you don't have friends or a discord to share your lobby code you just can't play.
We're in 2024.
