This game is so old that my computer won't ever load it. Which is probably a good thing, as my memories of this game are full of bafflement, disappointment and Civilization. Random maps might have saved it for me.

Game have a lot of mechanics that slows down your expansion(great thing, makes conquest more satisfying and uniting japan is hard). Tech work much better and logical than in EU4. dynamic missions are also very pleasant addition compared to EU4. Somehow diplomacy feels much more realistic, cuz AI can accept your diplomatic proposal even if game says that it is very unlikely, or decline when game says that they will definatly accept it. Spies have much more actions compared to EU4. BUY DLC without them game sucks hard
