The gameplay loop is so mind numblingly poor, the tactics are very one dimensional and get dry very fast, most of the time the interactions are random and it has no sense of weight.

CQB simulator disguised as a puzzle game.
Excellent loadout variety, satisfying progression, and surprisingly solid training missions. The campaign is tough but fair once you get the hang of it. Teaches real-world tactics better than some tactical shooters and can actually be used to explain CBQ concepts to people.
