The game mechanics are nice and remind me of Into the Breach. Additionally, you have a tech tree to develop.
I feel like an extension would be good to explore the end of the tech tree more.

This was a fun game for the week it took to fully complete the achievements. Highly recommended for the tactical-minded individuals. Even though playtime total is on the shorter side, at under 20 hours.
I'll admit I'm hopeful for and 'EcoGnomix 2,' with new gnome types and different builds and buffs. FYI, cheer-gnome certainly earned it's MVP status (missed opportunity to call it MVG, lol)
Only downside is I ran into an occasional bug when activating turns with properly placed gnomes after a gnome death. It seemed to expect me to place the gnome ghost and gave an "unassigned gnome" error message.
Hopefully the devs can patch that up after seeing this review?
On the plus side, even if you have to exit a cave delve early due to the bug, you get to keep your loot up to that point.
