Zoochosis is an intense and unique horror experience! The bodycam perspective adds so much immersion, making every encounter feel unsettling and real. The concept of being a zookeeper fighting against an infection is fresh and engaging, and the mix of horror, strategy, and survival keeps things exciting. The atmosphere is eerie, the tension is high, and every decision feels impactful. Definitely a must-play for horror fans!

This game is addictive, it has nice mechanics, many choices, cute animals. The only thing is, if you have weak nerves then it's not for you, the mutants can be pretty disturbing in appearance and sounds that they make. But if you're a fan of true horror, I recommend.

It's a good game but I feel like the price is too high for being an early access indi game that's pretty short. You can get a fully completed indi game for the same price that you'll play for 30+ hours. The story was really good though and makes me wish it was longer. Has tons of replay ability though with so many different endings and choices. I will say though that the animals really don't matter. If you kill all the animals instead of trying to cure them, you won't have to restart the game or get a worse ending. On subsequent play throughs I haven't been able to cure them before they mutate even when I try to speed run it and it's faster to just kill all the animals with the lethal injection than it is to try and finish the cure and it doesnt effect anything. The mutants also pose 0 threat at all to the player. I only died to them once out of 6.5 hours and that's cause I got bored and was just trying to do them as fast as possible. The animals are cool for a bit but when I'm just trying to skip them so I can do different story choices, they get pretty tedious since I know I'm just waiting for the mutant to show up so I can kill all the animals and skip the encounter. I can never find the cure before the mutant shows up so the fastest thing to skip them is just to lethal injection everything

I want to love this game, I really, really do. The concept and idea is fun, and I personally LOVE that the devs are still working to update the game. Every time I boot it up, it does feel fresh, which I like. The endings tracker is also great.
What I DON'T love are the bugs. There's so many.
I played the most recent update where the darts are in the pens, which supposedly makes the game easier and more of a 'boss battle'. However, the zebra ended up T-posing (or whatever the equivalent of that is for the models) in the corner? And kept regaining health?
You had to cheese it by getting the monster out of the corner, running, shooting, and hope that it didn't just go back to the corner (which it did).
It didn't interact with the other animals, which was good, but you couldn't also lethal inject the mutant, either, because it kept regenerating health. Very frustrating.
It would randomly blink out of existence and grab you across the map, which turned maybe a 5-10 minute fight into a 40-minute fight. Numerous restarts did not fix this.
Devs, I love that you're continually updating the game, it shows that you love what you do, but these bugs make what was a very cool idea into a not-so-enjoyable experience right now.
For the $40 price tag I paid for it, I would generally expect better.

After attempting to play for about 10 hours, i still have yet to get a proper ending because of bugs. I'm very frustrated because after the game being out for 3-ish months and at least one bug fix update per week, there are STILL so many bugs. I have had to restart so many times because of bugs at the very beginning. As much as i enjoyed the concept i cannot even play the game. I don't think ill be attempting to play for at least 4 months, then maybe the game will actually be somewhat playable.

Had a lot of fun playing through it. I haven't seen a game with such dedicated Devs in a while, gets an update like every week. I didn't play it at launch but as the game stands currently its solid. The monster designs are perfect and they Scream "Horror". Each run takes about 2 hours and i was able to get the best ending on the 4th. I'm happy the Devs stuck with this game to make it worth playing. This game deserves so much more love than it got from the players. Crossing my fingers we get a second game to build upon the story and game play they created. 7.5/10

I love this game I was so exited for its release when I saw the trailer for the first time. I would 100% recommend it. It has a few issues/bugs but the team behind this amazing game are still giving it updates and it gets better with every new one that comes out.
