Really invokes the spirit of the classic TD-Games and makes you forget the time.
Keeps you hooked to explore the upgrade options and all the turrets , of which there are alot of.
Difficultiy scales well and keeps it interesting and really pushes you to try to optimize your map building and tower placement. The randomized maps always keep it fresh even when you feel you discovered the perfect layout.
Very fun!

Fun and interesting to start but was easily able to over power my units after about 20 hours of play/watching. It was challenging up until then. The last 10 games I just quit after easily passing level 100+. Very boring when there is no longer any effort needed beyond the initial start on the highest difficulty level. Just set the high score but quit at level 300 out of pure boredom. I could have gone of for a great deal longer.

Very cute game, but the progress is really bizarre. The guns simply aren't strong enough to finish an easy level. The progress is WAY TOO SLOW. It has mega potential. They just need to ease back on the smack down for at least 20 levels. We're paying for fun, not an ass whoopin. I can't believe I'm saying this, but they should offer money upgrades. I would be glad to buy a currency that would augment my weapons earlier. I don't have a lot of time to play a game to get it to "fun" level, so I'm willing to pay to make up the difference. Right now, can't recommend, but I could see that changing with one upgrade mod.

This is one of the first tower defense games that provided an ability to control the path of enemies. If you lose focus and make a mistake on the path, you will likely lose. I have learned that it is better, early game, to leave the game early and reap the rewards then trying to continue to level. This is a game of patients and strategy.

This game has a lot of great ideas and has the bones of a very fun tower defense game.
The issue is the ideas are not fleshed out or fall flat due to other mechanics within the game. With the developer mentioning in discord they are moving on from the game I cannot recommend it in its current state.
I really enjoyed my first 3-5 hours of this game and had I written a review at that time I would of recommended this 100%, the concept of building your own maze how long you can last is really interesting as a concept.
However after that, the game falls off fast, once you get upgrades the game is not well balanced at all.
My last 10-15 hours were just setup 5-6 turrets over a couple of levels then AFK just letting the game run in the background with zero interaction besides start next level button and every 10-15 waves dropping another tower and spamming a few upgrades, just to farm the last achievement.
It would be worth it on sale for an interesting concept idea and the first few hours, where it is a really enjoyable and unique tower defense from my experience.

This game is not balanced at all. After a few upgrades, I can just sit and let the game go without building anything for 20-30 levels, and then I end the game because I am not doing anything. It is a shame, because it could have been a good game with LESS.
Everyone is designing games to have mobile phone mechanics, and it just works poorly. Tower defense should be a skill game, not a grind.

An overly simplistic take on tower defense doesn't do anything terribly wrong, but also lacks anything interesting or compelling to make it worth the purchase currently. With a handful of basic towers that have behaviors you've seen dozens of times across other tower defense games, the surrounding mechanics really needed to bring something special to spice up the gameplay. Unfortunately, it feels like there are too many systems and all of them are underdeveloped. The card slotting system could be interesting, but the limited number of stats (damage, range, fire rate, cost) and boring card acquisition/upgrading makes for a system that doesn't drive me to play more.
Poor speed options means that making any progress takes ages, as even if you can kill every enemy the moment it walks out of the portal making it to higher wave counts takes ages. The UI is oversized and bland as well, and the vfx/visuals don't sell it either. There are so many good tower defense games around these days that something like this needs to go back to the drawing board and focus on finding what separates it from the pack and how to reinforce that in a way that makes you eager to keep going back.

All levels / modes are the same map. Maps are played to an unlimited wave. Progress is based on maximum waves reached on any difficulty as well as meta currency.
You unlock new towers and new enemies by reaching higher waves.
Very fair difficulty curve, you can choose to play on harder difficulties with harder portal spawns / more buff and debuff squares and these harder difficulties award better meta currency.
Game runs into performance issues passed Wave 60, 2x speed you end up leaking more than you should etc.

A TD players TD game. Needs a bit of polish, but it is pretty amazing. It's like going back in time to old Warcraft 3 custom TD games and losing track of 10 hours of your day.
So much fun. I highly recommend this.

At this early stage, seems to be a very competent mazing Tower Defense title - just that bit different to other mazing titles in the genre.
A lot to think about and it may take you a couple of runs before you have complete confidence in what you are doing. Starts off very easy, but the difficulty soon ramps up. Extremely interesting upgrade system.
The runs can take a bit of time (albeit you have a faster mode), but you have the ability to back out between waves and resume at a later time.
Enjoying the ride.
