The farming in this game offers the same satisfactory and addictive loop you're accustomed to if you know the farming genre. Many aspects are more streamlined than usual, likely beacause of both project scope and to make room for the patchable content, content which itself is properly gamified and is part of the core loop. Contrary to what you could expect given genre conventions, relationships here aren't a slow burn, but instead you're gonna be farming babies from the very beginning of the game. The dystopian setting presents itself as cozy and maintains the act to the very end. For that effect "woman" are presented as extremely compliant, easy to please, and outright challenged. Not trying to moralize here, just a neutral observation just so you know what you're getting into. The technical aspect of the writting is bad, most likely because of a cheap translation. I hate such publishing practices and we as a consumer collective are way too lenient tolerating them, for that alone I was at the verge of a negative score, but this is the kinda game were you would even have fun playing in japanese with a machine translator in your screen, and if you get the publishers dlc there is some voice acting to compensate some weird translation choices. So while that kinda reduces the value of this publication, it also means that as a product this is (barely) passable. Other reviews express dissatisfaction with the price, in my region the price of the game seems standard, so I'm not commenting about that.
