Too many bugs for me to consider it enjoyable unfortunately

Very fun game! Eleven years old and still holds up pretty well. Whether you mess around with the physics and stuff for a few hours or LOCK IN to complete all of the procedures with A++ rank and everything, you will get your moneys worth out of this game regardless.

the game is top, I see only one plus for buying the game! + game + broken keyboard due to controls + wasted nerves to finally transplant kidneys in the hallway I RECOMMEND!

One of the first tuber games there ever was. Funny to kill the guy a few times, until you actually learn how to play, then it turns you into a speedrunner challenging yourself to complete each surgery as quickly and perfectly as possible. Lots of content and free DLC too. What a concept. Probably amazing in VR but I haven't tried it as of yet. Learned awhile back it also has.. console ports?.. How?
