Even though it took me a while to finally get to play it, I’m so glad I did! It’s great to see a sequel that really builds on what made the first one fun. If you liked the first game, you’re gonna love this one too. Definitely worth checking out!

It would be such a great game if the devs just actually fixed it, especially the memory leak so you cannot play more than 1 match at a time, or press pause, or go fullscreen, because any of these things usually triggers some sort of lag that slowly gets worse and worse. play the 1st one if you are going to play one, atleast it doesnt have the same issues this one has and is still a solid game.

I really like the game. However, it is plagued with bugs and performance issues. CPU and GPU are barely at 25% and the frames are under 20fps and there is a TON of stuttering. If you can ignore that, it's awesome.

Sadly, I don't recommend the game. I finished all the content in about 10 hours. If the story had been engaging or cool, and it took 10 hours to tell a great story, I would have loved it. But there's no story. I played 3 maps, and there's nothing else to do. I tried to justify the purchase by giving it a few more hours, but I give up now. It feels like a demo of a game. There's no endless mode that I discovered to have fun with the game mechanics. After completing the 3 arenas, you just start a new game, but you're too overpowered to even enjoy it. After clearing the map, a Death boss appears that's immortal and ends your game, and it can't be stopped. I would love to see the same game, but with 30 arenas, an endless mode, and at least synergies. Basically, just let me play the game, haha.

It takes everything you liked about Necrosmith 1 and adds more. More species! More combinations! More things to collect and unlock after each run! More worlds to play on! More mass! (...in the form of big honkin' titans that you craft to wreak unholy havoc on anything that dares oppose you) Worth buying.

It's really close to being a top tier indie game, but it settled for, not just, being mediocre, but being predictable. Torn on the review but, it gets your hopes up and really just lets you down.

its really weird, incredibly easy (pretty much a free win) until at the very end one enemy base sends INSANELY strong enemies that just 1 shot everything you summon and then instantly destroy your tower... idk
