Found this after a couple programs I use opened on my second monitor and refused to function properly because of it. The taskbar settings are useful to me as well.

I've been using this tool for years and years and while it's not perfect, it has a lot of functions that make my life easier and helps customise my Windows usage. I especially appreciate the menu structures and interface - It's perhaps dated-looking to some but it is very functional which to me should be the priority.

It's horrible this is the "best" solution for attempting to configure multiple displays the integration with windows is atrocious. Please anyone make a better software for multiple displays than this garbage.
