Very good, very short, and extreamly janky. however despite that it is a very usefull tool to learn java quicker then just reading a book.

The dev definitely should have picked a better font. Uppercase i and number 1 both look identical, makes debugging unnecessarily difficult. It's a struggle if you have no prior knowledge, the documentation isn't very thorough and doesn't do a great job of explaining the concepts, but with a bit of patience can be figured out just reverse engineering the code that already exists. For it's price this is a great beginner learning game.

I recommend using it but before starting OOP look to basics until 2D arrays that's what I do, and even doing that I had some problems at the beginning while solving the problems. And also while asking some questions, puzzles doesn't show the whole code so don't get confused about it. I hope creator continues to do for new programming languages.

Wow! Personal opinion: It is, surely, a great concept. Though, I would say, if you don't have any previous experience with coding, the conditions you are placed in may be a bit confusing, however, this a impeccable place to start. I myself have studied several Object Oriented programming languages, so, the game was a fun and interesting way just to learn the basics of Java's syntax. There are things I want to mention if you are to buy this product: - Sometimes its hard to understand the meaning of some definitions -- feel free to google details. It seems, that author didn't want to burden players with unnecessary, though interesting, information. - There are repetitive tasks. To learn the language you should firm the basics first. It may be boring (at least at the beginning) - The visual aesthetics are pretty, but the game is unfinished, it seems. Or, if it is finished, the visual component has some roughness to it - it is the first game of Author's after all. Of course, you are here not for the aesthetics. - The world is interactive with code! This was an exceptionally cool discovery for me, I was fascinated by this. What, in my opinion, can be added: - IntelleSense or some kind of auto-complite. God, how I was missing this after VS and PyCharm. Not using it, while programming, feels like a torture. But an unaware person wouldn't know, so, 50/50. - Shortcuts. Ctrl-Z isn't working, kind of annoying, but okay, i guess. - Playground/Sandbox. In the process, for the sole purpose of addition repetition and revision I would like to play, to fiddle a bit with code. Opening a new window, downloading a special piece of software just doesn't sit right with me in a place, where IDE is already implemented. - Storage for already written programs. After you get a task done, the window closes almost immediately - so, why not give player a chance to revisit his old achievements? - I guess, this is just personal subjective thing, but if we collect the sheets with Java "lore" from the Wizard, why not write them with a wizardy bit? This would be authentic and funny, however, the sheets themselves are nice, overall. Some mistakes here and there but understandable. Nevertheless, this is a great experience! Highly recommend.
