Heavy potential here: Excellent and unique atmosphere Excellent characters models Current issues: Controller support (Xbox) and sensitivity issues I find my character unable to steady themselves making the game near impossible to play. Even after attempting to change the sensitivity. Due to the high potential I do jump in and out seeing if there are improvements and follow the updates. Haven't been excited for the general atmosphere of the game since The Forever Winter.

I think this game could be amazing and is also has a great idea behind it but as of now I cannot recommend buying it due to a few things: 1. it makes no sense, the game just drops you into a trench without giving any context until you find some of the tutorial spots which have a very small hitbox, which caused me to miss some and having to turn back to get them. 2.the character's movement is very clunky, causing things like rolling and even just walking around to just feel weird. 3.The game just feels like an asset flip, I understand that the game is made by a solo dev but when just looking around you can see half of a thing of barbed wire floating in the air and melee swing animations you've seen a million times from other games then the game just feels worse this last bit is kind of an addition to 1, being that the game doesn't tell you anything about combat before making you fight enemies, which caused me to not realize that the gun they have you start equipped with has no ammo but the rest of your guns do, so if you want to play the game keep this in mind. i do hope that the developer keeps working to make the game better but for now I cannot recommend buying it.

So far, I've been really impressed. I've owned this game for a bit, but only recently started playing it and yes, it does have it's rough spots and quirks. It also happens to have a solo dev that is willing to put out multiple patches and fixes a week and takes feedback into account really well. Case and point is the controller support: last week, it was there, but kinda janky; no problem, game clearly says it doesn't support controllers. Since then, the support has improved dramatically, the page has updated to reflect partial support, and other issues have been addressed. It may take a while, but this kind of work ethic deserves support and if you agree, you'll get to play a pretty fun 3rd person shooter with some interesting vibes and presentation. I've had plenty of fun for the price and I think you will too.

Interesting, A game set in an alternate WW1 scenario, dark vibes like in Dark Souls, free-roam, and other bits. I'm loving this. Still in early-acess and a price too high for such state, but I can see a lot of care you put into graphics and details. The melee combat is a bit wonky and the damage sometimes feels randomised, but not game breaking. Needs some work on the perfomance, even with a gaming PC, It can get sometimes a bit laggy in certain areas. The reason I bought It, It's because I really wanna support the development of this game. If I saw It right before, only one developer? You should get a small team, just small enough to help with some stuff.

great atmosphere, looks good, somehow reminds me of forever winter without the mechs, extremely impressive for a single dev and look forward to seeing how the game grows

I see the vision in which they are trying to complete but, as others have said, its not even ready for early access yet. The controls are very janky for controller support, the AI are brain-dead dumb they walk right by you and dont even shoot you... You spawn in with like 20 rounds of ammo... enough to take out like 2 or 3 guys, then you have to look for more ammo which is insanely scarce... It could also be better optimized for all platforms as well... Running it on the ROG Ally X, im stuck at medium to low settings on 720p... I would wait a good while until this is updated a lot more to consider early access.. It's a good vision, just not there yet at all

It's interesting, I'm a huge fan of dark war type games so this definitely hit right up my alley. It 100% feels pretty rough around the edges right now, though given that their homepage says the game is mostly made as a solo passion project it's really well made for what it is. The Customization, general atmosphere, and some of the map design with destroy-able cover/explode-able artillery shells are actually really well made and are the game's biggest strengths overall. However, it definitely needs more time in the oven. Combat itself is great but it feels like sometimes it is missing some variety (though as of writing this I only played for an hour so maybe I'll eat my words) Melee combat with the shovel however is kinda EHHHH and just need a lot more time to cook. There were a few times where I ran into some placeholder assets, such as a certain flooded underground section towards the beginning of the game which was un-textured. (Though I assume that'll be fixed with time) If you're thinking of buying the game, it's good. I personally suggest giving it a try. However, This is very EARLY EARLY access. Like extremely early. While I didn't find any super major bugs or soft locks it's very clearly unfinished and needs some time. Other than that I think it's worth a good shot.

Another game i wish i could give a neutral review too at this time. Plays well on my machine, it does have its faults (sounds coming from odd locations, weird mob agro, physical assets appearing to not be fully connected to the game world) I like the models for the enemies and combat is interesting. Good work from a solo dev. The game has good bones, it just needs to cook longer

I hope this game does get completed, but right now I will be asking for refund. It definitely has that WWI horror vibe but is too janky right now to be played.

the amount of potential in this game is astronomical in my opinion. it is very early access though so it's incredibly janky, but if the devs stay with this game i think it could be award winning.
