I truly loved this game back in the day, But it has been years and the game is dead. Yes there is a single player "Campaign" but it is short and not the main point what what the game was. This was a game meant to be played online against other people. But the servers are dead now and the game has not been updated in years. If you could get a bunch of friends it would be fun to play, and considering its free to play now you won't have to worry about buying the game.
I loved this game back when it was active and will have fond memories are being murdered by "Try Hards" while they play Never Gonna Give You Up over their mics or what ever... Never figured out how they did it...

The game features some genuinely fun and unique mechanics, and it clearly had the potential to evolve into something much greater - had it not been derailed by poor development decisions. Unfortunately, it’s plagued with issues that have never been addressed and likely never will be.
Development has essentially come to a halt. There’s been no meaningful content added in a long time, and the few updates that do appear offer little to no improvement. Tons of bugs and design flaws persist, such as low fixed server TPS, animation desynchronization, and a server-client model that puts most of the game logic in the hands of the client - making cheating incredibly easy.
The community, once enjoyable and engaging, has become increasingly toxic. Since around 2020, moderation has leaned heavily into toxic positivity - disagree with the status quo and you risk being banned not only from the community channels but from the multiplayer game itself. You're then left with the single-player mode, which offers virtually no content - more like a barebones sandbox with a couple of minutes of gameplay. Frankly, this approach feels exploitative.
Back in the days, this game used to cost money and I feel like I have been scammed. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
