Before you read my review, just a heads-up: I’m an indie gamer. If you’re expecting a AAA title with the same old, boring mechanics, you’re in the wrong place. What you can expect here are fresh ideas, humor, and a whole lot of heart! Since there’s a big update coming soon, and I had a nice chat with the dev (yes, he’s still alive, unlike the skeletons in the dungeons), I feel it’s my responsibility to write this review – well, with a little help from ChatGPT, because honestly, I’m too lazy to do it myself. But this game deserves a bit of a push!
So, when is this game for you? Well, if you like action RPGs and you don’t suffer from magiphobia, you’re off to a good start. If you’re one of those 90s kids who always wondered what would happen if zombies broke into your house while your parents weren’t home – and you were allowed to play with fire all you wanted because your parents were rich – then this game is for you! Here, you can let your imagination run wild and watch those old bones fly, collateral damage included (villagers may or may not be involved, but thankfully the NPC Union hasn’t gotten involved yet). Turns out not spending on marketing was the best decision!
For all you greedy goblins out there: the dungeons are filled with countless treasures – chains, bracelets, chalices, and all kinds of shiny loot ... ehm, yeah ... also goblin piss ... seriously? Yes, seriously! Soon, the online multiplayer is going to level up in a big way, and then you can flex your treasures to your friends and watch them die in envy... or in the dungeon, whichever comes first. And if you’re thinking, "I’m not a pack mule!" don’t worry, there’s a trader who’ll buy all your loot – even though he keeps telling you to wipe your shoes. I always tell him to lose some weight; it’s actually turned into quite a friendly relationship.
All in all, I’ve settled into the town pretty well. I’m waiting for you, and I want to see those servers full! I challenge you to a duel – not only as a mage, but in the shadows... or the void... or something like that. Anyway, no rigged decks here, no overpowered builds – everything’s balanced pretty well. See you in the dungeon!

i tried to play this game because of the cool concept but honestly its way too under developed to even enjoy, the menus and ui dont even work properly, i tried to pick my starting class but the buttons dont even do anything and theres no indicator of them being locked or anything, the settings menu stays open even after you close it, and the combat is horribly designed, its like playing mage on skyrim at low-mid levels, you either just run around and steal all the loot or spend 30 minutes a room waiting for your mana to regen so you can kill the enemies. maybe after 5 years the game will be playable

For a game made by a single person.
atmosphere amazing.
Music solid choice for the set time period.
A few flaws I would suggest some reworks. when you look straight up or down The camera glitches into the player model. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to possibly fix. When you press the pickup button, your entire camera and body moves making it to where you have to wait for the animation to end to properly pick up another item. Again, not a huge issue to fix. The tutorial could use a little bit of revision but honestly any one capable of solving a 2nd grade puzzle can understand the tutorial so not that big of an issue. The combat system is harsh and unforgiving which is my favorite kind. All I can say to dungeon exploration Bring lots of mana potions!!!!!
The door animations are smooth and solid. The enemy spawns are a amazing choice.
Who ever is voicing the shop keepers made me laugh like hell.
so far I give the game a 6/10 keep up the solid work and i look forward to further improvements.
I will update the review as I play more but so far awesome game considering it was only made by one person.

Its a good starting point for a game but it need a LOT of work before its fun.
The game is in early access, its not going to be a complete experience as of rn and I accept that.
In my adventure to the town I did enjoy the work that was put into the world and its collectibles, it was only soured by a very small inventory space.
I did try the tutorial to see if the game explained what I was missing, cause yknow I may have. I found it was more confusing than just looking at the key bindings. Especially the bit with the crystal and a clone of yourself in the back of the room. Idk what I missed but I felt like I wasted more time trying to figure it out than trying the game at that moment.
I did try the easy dungeon but lobbing fireballs at zombies that wont die in a reasonable amount of hits while your mana leaks from the player character like a rusted bucket isnt fun.
Grinding thousands of currency for passives that are reset after dying is also not fun.
Not seeing enemies but having a lock on that kinda works sometimes is an odd choice, like a horror game almost but I dont think dropping nukes is supposed to be that way is it?
Never got to see the nukes, dragons, or summon a succubus
Couldnt figure out where the wave defense took place. I dont see how throwing spells at a horde of tanky undead would be fun tho.
I will change my review when your product improves as I am very interested in its future but cant recommend it to anyone currently.

Honestly top 3 worst games ive played in my life, it looks like someone just learned how to use unreal engine and threw together whatever this is, the ui is bad, the movement is sloppy, this looks like if wizard 101 was first person, looks like a bunch of ripped assets, and the fact that the dev is asking for people to change their reviews is crazy, suck it up. do better.
absolute turd mongler of a game
