Mage Lords of Brams Reviews

Conceptually great game that is massively brought down by execution. If this game handled even at least properly and was just tidied up a bit, I think it it would a top contender - there is SO much build variety, and nice little touches like RNG attached to level choices force some meaningful build variety. This however is brought down by some pretty terrible menu navigation, controller support, optimization, so on and so forth. If you play with a controller, be prepared to use your mouse for every menu choice as navigating menus with a controller is extremely painful. Also, if you click the "disable mouse" button at the main menu...you literally are stuck in the main menu LOL I had to uninstall and re-install the game in order to reset this. I love the spirit of this game - I just wish it wasn't delivered so poorly. *edited to add that there was an option to leave the menu with in the "disable mouse" situation that I was just unable to figure out I hated to leave a negative review because I did really want to enjoy this game, but regardless the execution simply can't be overlooked for me
