Starscape Reviews

Moonpod's Starscape mixes old school arcade game play values with characterization and an involving plot to deepen the whole experience. With most of its crew missing and its weapons systems ruined, the space research station Aegis is all but lost.

I bought this waaay back when I first joined Steam. It was something like $5 when I got it, and it wasn't worth it then. Hard pass.

Steam doesn't register offline hours. I've been playing this game for 20 years. It remains one of my favorites.

I think this was my very first purchase on steam that wasn't immediately related to OG steam like counterstrike or something. Anyways this is the canonical precursor to space pirates and zombies, which is the precursor to starsector and starsector is magical. This game is magical too but it's showing. It's still arcade fun and the music still holds up. It's good albeit old as shit, but so am i, and i'm amazing. honest 8/10 for the time it came out.
