As a depiction of healthcare in the US carceral sytem, it seems perfectly accurate.
As a game, it's okay-ish. The tediousness is worse, and the lore not as captivating as Ravenous Devils, though. Ravenous Devils was prettier, with the possibility to design your cannibalistic restaurant and taylor shop, and funnier in a discount-Tim-Burtonian way. This one is just unapologetic torture po*n. Not that I'm complaining, but I do have issues.
