Fun game, but the controls are pretty annoying

Really cute and fun little game! It’s exactly what you’d expect when buying it, though there are some issues:
#Pros:
I love the SFX (especially the cute noises the characters make when they get hit).
- The art style is adorable.
- The concept is really smart.
- Pulling out a veggie is really satisfying.
- The price is great.
#Cons:
- The difficulty is way too high and seems designed (like old arcade games) to artificially prolong playtime.
- As others have said, the controls can be a bit janky at times, especially during big fights, so, in the worst moments possible...
- The fences you can build don’t seem like they were meant to be a real feature and were probably added just to make the game feel more complete. Their price is ridiculous, you need to spend 20% of your already tight budget on a wall that enemies can just walk around anyway. To make them useful, you’d have to build multiple, which means spending all your coins. And the fact that their trailer doesn’t even show them being used says a lot.
After all that, the game is still worth playing and worth the price. I just wish it was a bit more generous and let me finish the game instead of gatekeeping the content behind an unnecessarily high difficulty to prevent people to say the game is too short.
I won't refund the game out of respect but I wouldn't honestly be wrong to do so.
