So much potential, but there are some bugs. A bug that makes your minions unhappy despite the availability of everything they need. They seem to be stuck in the Tavern until too unhappy and leave the dungeon.

The most I got out of it is what they explain in the trailer. You become a steward in the dungeon of a wizard, who wants you to make his dungeon a wonderous place for adventurers to explore. That is basically the story. ---{ Game Time }--- ☐ Long enough for a cup of coffee ☐ Short ☑ Average ☐ Long ☐ To infinity and beyond As a simulation game, it can be a game of 30 minutes up to many, many, many hours. ---{ Bugs }--- ☑ Never heard of ☐ Minor bugs ☐ Can get annoying ☐ ARK: Survival Evolved ☐ The game itself is a big terrarium for bugs If I experienced any bugs in my just under 8 hours of gameplay, I do not remember them. ---{ Price }--- ☐ It's free! ☐ Worth the price ☑ If it's on sale ☐ If you have some spare money left ☐ Not recommended ☐ You could also just burn your money Unfortionately this game falls short on too many places to warrent the current €25 without a sale going on. ---{ # / 10 }--- ☐ 1 ☐ 2 ☐ 3 ☑ 4 ☐ 5 ☐ 6 ☐ 7 ☐ 8 ☐ 9 ☐ 10 ---{ Final thoughts }--- While I want to like this game, the new player experience is just not what I would want from a game like this. My first playthrough got ruined the moment I realised that enemies do not just come from the front door but also from balconies. In a later game where I unlocked extra floors, they suddenly showed up from upstairs which got me frustrated as my plans for defence had been dodged once again. I rather have them throw stronger enemies at me where I have to improve upon my defences rather than from all angles but that might just be me. Another bit is where the needs and demands come in. The game does not tell much in terms of needs before the minions just flatout quit on you, and usually in the most horrible moment, just before you get raided.

Just getting started, but it's already easy to tell this is a very casual dungeon builder. There is no rush to do things, but there is strategy and depth to it. The pacing is slow but the way it's done it just fits the vibe. You can spend a lot of time decorating and optimizing but over all it's just a nice relaxing builder game. In some way's it reminds me of the first "Dungeons" where you build/decorate and attract heroes but the object isn't to lure them in and harvest their souls. It's to build an attractive dungeon that they wan't to come and hang out and spend money in your tavern and empty their sacks of gold willingly. You do have to defend and think about the layout, but over all it's sorta like playing a "sim" dungeon, verse any sort of tower defense like dungeon keeper. Over all it's just a nice relaxing builder with a quirky theme and a nice change of pace if building dungeons is appealing give it a try. The best part is you are supporting a little indy company that made a fantastic RPG called Dungeons of Naheulbuek. This was a really cool use of assets and a fun concept so kudo's to them for thinking outside the box.

Lots of promise and a cute premise. However, even at half price this feels overpriced for the amount of gameplay it offers. The mid-game gets very dull.
