Good game online with all the other games in the series. Challenging as Union or Confederate.

Not too hard but its time consuming. I like it. Play against the AI to start. Do the tutorial. Read the strategy guide and follow all the recommendations until you get the hang of it. If its too hard, turn off the Foreign Policy part. Play with the Fog of War turned on. Its way more fun that way. Start over if you really screw up or get your ass kicked. If you can, maybe don't try to play it all the way through in one day. I start to forget things after a few hours whether its move some pieces of just do research and purchasing, particularly if its late at night and I'm tired.
