It's a 2D beat-em-up with a surprising depth and kick-ass soundtrack. The animation's smooth, too. A must-have for any fans of the genre who's looking for good challenge to tackle next.

Very disapointing game, feels like a highschool project.

So, here’s the thing: the characters in Final Vendetta are like knockoff action figures you’d find at a bargain store, complete with names like “Karate Carl” and “Punchy Patty.” I half-expected their special moves to be called “Budget Uppercut” and “Generic Spinning Kick.” And then there’s Duke. He’s got the swagger of Cody from Final Fight, but instead of jeans and a bad-boy vibe, he’s rocking an outfit that screams “I moonlight as a fitness instructor.” It’s like someone told him, “Alright, you can fight crime, but you better be ready to teach Zumba afterward.” He’s less Cody, more… Cardio. Meanwhile, Claire steps in as the token badass woman, but let’s face it—she’s giving off serious Chun-Li vibes from Street Fighter mixed with someone who didn’t get the memo about being in the wrong Final Fight. She’s throwing punches like she’s auditioning for the next season of "Battle of the Bands," and her kicks are more “pop star choreography” than street brawler intensity. You could say she’s kicking it… but maybe not quite to the Final Fight level. And then there’s the big guy, Miller—he’s supposed to be Final Vendetta’s answer to Haggar. But instead of being a mayor with a passion for pro wrestling, Miller looks more like your friendly neighborhood lumberjack who decided to settle disputes with a log instead of a ballot box. He’s got muscles for days but sadly no political aspirations—or pile drivers. It’s a real missed opportunity to “axe” some enemies with flair. Oh, and the villains? They’re doing their best to look threatening, but honestly, they seem more like extras from a low-budget 80s movie about motorcycle gangs. I kept waiting for someone to yell, “Cut! You’re in the wrong film!” Maybe they’re saving the good thugs for Final Fight Deluxe. In summary, Final Vendetta may not have Haggar, Cody, or Guy, but at least it gave us Miller and his lumberjack dreams. Let’s call it “Final Fight: The Etsy Edition.” What do you think? Did I nail the pun parade?

READ THE MANUAL!!!!! (way too many ppl complaining about how it plays, then you watch their gameplay footage and you see why). i saw it by mistake on the game's library page, under additional content. that manual really took the game from a 4/10 to an 7.5/10 for me. i didnt even know that half of those moves were in the game till i opened the manual. anyways, a really fun beat em up that will test you. tough as nails, and no continues lol (but you earn lives through the scoring system). if you are not willing to play it the way it was designed to be played, you will not enjoy it. this is not SR4. controls take a while to get used to, and again, i don't know why the game manual isn't "IN" the game as a menu option. also, why in the world is stage select in settings lol?? apart from that, i love this game for what it is - just a good old 90's inspired beat-em-up, in every sense of the word. i really like the pixel art as well, you really cant mistake it for another game when you see a screenshot, even if you haven't played it. anyways, its worth your time and money and you are looking for a beat em up that doesn't hold you hand
