I had great fun playing this puzzle game.
All levels consist of a series of chambers that have to be completed in a linear fashion. All the chambers are very small, there are only a few puzzle elements per chamber. Still, every chamber is unique in that it requires a unique solution.
New puzzle elements are added all throughout the game. The gun you are carrying is upgraded multiple times in the game and new devices are introduced. The puzzle mechanics of Hypermind are quite good.
Some levels are quite challenging and took me a long time to finish. Some levels that I solved made me wonder if I solved them the correct way, which is most of the time a good thing.
The game looks good, it has nice graphics. The game also feels good, I've encountered no bugs. The only thing is that jumping forward is ackward because you come to a standstill in air, but that is probably done intentionally because otherwise it would break some of the puzzles.
I know this is an early release but the game felt complete. What I missed in this game however is a credits roll at the end. Maybe that was not added because of the early release.
As a whole Hypermind is a good puzzle game, one I certainly recommend.
