I hope they make physics more realistic and perhaps add friendly and bandit AI for singleplayer. Ragdoll is a bit funny too

Of course, it's EA, it needs some work. But for a dev team of only two? Great progress even if there were some small hicups in the stability of this project.
Certainly deserves any sort of money you may wish to pay for, HOWEVER, do know that there are SOME issues with gameplay design, multiplayer desyncing with large amounts of people, and the lack of long term goals outside of "survive" (make fun where/how you want, as any good survival sandbox game should be) 3.8/5 crunchy crystals.
Runs good at an average 40-50 FPS with the provided specs at ultra, so I'd say the game is pretty well optimised!

Far from ready, not worth $20 even for early access. It's extremely buggy and janky. The game has tons of stats and jobs that seemingly do nothing at the moment. Zombies glitch through floors, get stuck at door and in hallways. I've also noticed the XP system is broken, just driving around and my lock picking skill levels up? The UI is horrible. I see some potential but I'm refunding at the moment, maybe I'll revisit this.

The UI and crafting mechanisms don't work well together at this point. The UI is such that you have to scroll through your inventory to individually find items. The search bar opens random tabs depending on the letters that happen to be in what you're looking for. The crafting makes you need to either shift+click or click+drag to transfer the items you need individually from your inventory into the workbench's separate inventory. If that's done to create the need for inventory management, I can understand that, but know that it's a questionable setup with the current UI. Could be a great game, I hope they don't give up.

This game is dreadful. I keep playing it hoping I will see what the positive reviews are all about, but no. Everything about this is jank. Nothing feels natural. Driving is comical, walking seems like slow motion, don't get me started with the audio/sound effects...I just don't get the positive reviews. I might have a better time playing the day before.

The trailer is EXTREMELY misleading, the game looks and runs nothing like this. Combat is literally TERRIBLE, it has no impact, no feedback, it's just empty floating attacks. The game has no sustenance to it, it's just a horrible mutant of random stuff thrown in, attempting to be a 3D Project Zomboid, but failing in everything it sets to do. Building is extremely buggy and limited, the world feels empty and lifeless, zombies are worthless, combat is horrendous, just go play Zomboid or 7 Days to Die, this is bad..

WORTH IT!! this game really has the potential to be placed right next to zomboid as the top contenders for a immersive zombie survival game i think as they add more and more content it will be one of the tops
1) only things needed animals and farm like things hunting would be amazing
2) i think adding in collectables would just be a nice touch to find and bring to base like plushies toys desk items like globes posters would be awesome
3) more gun smithing

I really like the game, yes its early development, and there are tons of bugs. But its really calming weirdly enough, if you just learn to avoid errors you realise how much work this small team of devs has put into the game. With me and a mate today we played a few hours, it was extremely calming, just renovating bases, collecting loot, and many secrets on the map. The work they have done is outstanding, genuinely the most work I have ever seen devs put into a game and I have absolute hope in this game to be a massive breakthrough. Totally recommend 10/10.

It's alright. Has potential to be Zomboid but without the terrible tank controls. 70gb though when it's so early with not a whole lot in it is wild.

RECOMMEND WITH MASSIVE CAVEAT
Massive potential, severely undercooked. As it stands now, the game is visibly split into the zombie combat and the realism survival aspects, the latter being very good and the former being extremely abysmal. As someone who liked the concept of Project Zomboid but despised the visuals and lack of "immersion", a 3D FPS game promising a realistic Zombie survival experience piqued my interest.
To start with the good, the realism and survival/crafting systems are really good. There is a lot of attention to detail similar to PZ, things you have to pay attention to like placing electronics in a ziploc when it rains or washing your clothes and drying them off. The crafting systems are also pretty indepth, and much of the game is finding the right tools and materials to build sustainability before the eventual power and water shutoff.
The map itself is immersive, and a rainy night with water pelting the windows as you stay indoors is really immersive. Its moments like this that enforce the strengths of a 3D game that 2D games like PZ couldn't pull off. Vehicles are well detailed with glove boxes, individual control sections and features that make the different vehicles unique to each other.
Where the game suffers as of now, is primarily the absolutely undercooked combat system. Everything feels too weightless, zombies have pretty awful hit reactions and feedback. Runners are too quiet. Corpses fly too far on death and physics often gets things stuck in objects and trigger collision spam noises.
The biggest offender is a lack of zombie danger in a zombie game. There is absolutely no threat that zombies pose in this game. At least on standard settings. There are too few zombies scattered around large open areas. Firing your gun and attracting zombies usually just makes streams of 4-10 zombies slowly advance towards your position, giving you plenty of time to do whatever you want and book it. There are no consequences to being a loud, guns-blazing cowboy shooting up even the more packed towns. Zombies are merely a background prop in most cases.
If you really enjoy the survival crafting aspect and don't care about Zombies, then this game is fine. However if you want PZ in 3D with a constant threat of the undead, perhaps wait and let it cook longer.
