it's all good, The finale? I think it was close to a failure ideologically.

After playing it, I want to share the pros and cons I noticed: Pros: Interesting concept - a mix between a movie and a game Dynamic gameplay - fast-paced events Good acting - gives the game a cinematic feel Cons: Limited interactivity - story branches are quite linear Short length - playthrough takes about 1.5-2 hours Repetitive - outcomes are predictable In the end, I'd say this "game" is a decent interactive movie for one evening.

From the very first frames, Mia and the Dragon Princess dresses you up in its FMV finery: instead of flat graphics, you get real actors, tangible sets, and camera angles that feel like you’re shooting a short film on your phone. Watching a modern-day waitress suddenly tumble into the heart of 18th-century pirate skirmishes is undeniably intriguing—but the script sometimes stalls, with plot holes sticking out like rusty rivets on an old wooden hull. In ninety minutes, you’ll fend off corsairs, make your “fateful” choices, and witness multiple endings. Yet out of ten branches, only a couple actually feel distinct, and character development is more checkbox than drama. Gameplay boils down to QTE brawls: slash—dodge—kick—and the next clip rolls. Comic-style panels pop up now and then to break the monotony, but they’re so text-heavy you’ll feel like you’re reading your microwave’s user manual. Technically, the game is flawless: no stutters, no crashes, and a soundtrack that keeps you pumped. The localization is spotless (well, except for the one “srpint” typo that only grammar nerds will catch). But locations are painfully sparse—one corridor, a deck, a torchlit hall—and after a while it all blurs together. Ultimately, Mia and the Dragon Princess feels more like the cherry atop the FMV game cake than a standalone dessert: bright, concise, occasionally fucking awesome, but leaving you with an odd sense of incompleteness.

An unusual story: there are many fights, but there is also a place for goodness and love. I like stealth more, but it seems impossible here :D There will still be a lot of fighting haha so you'll have to get used to it. Mia is a nice girl. i like how the actors play. i like the idea of the game. i like this combination of the past time and the new. i like this animated scene, in the form of a comic book. 9\10

High praise from critics? + Game & Movie at the same time? + Girl in the lead roles? + it's unusual, fresh, intriguing and some of the fight moments had me closing my eyes. that fact aside, I like the rest of the dialog. there's kindness and some cute moments ^^

Mia is a kind girl, even a bit too much. i'm even a bit annoyed by her kindness, but the developer didn't prepare any other options for me :( At least I saw a lot of fight scenes and still found the treasure, so I'm satisfied today. game or movie? something in between haha I liked the intro VERY much, it's unusual and fresh! this way you understand the context of what happened. the idea itself is good. the acting is sometimes lame! maybe I'm too picky, but the “mystery woman” was not quite perfect in those moments where she supposedly did NOT understand the interlocutor (due to the language barrier), but the fight scenes did NOT look like an indie movie. therefore 8.5\10
