Not the worst game on Steam but there's also much better "horror games on Steam at this price.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, its completely broken with the quality overall being worse than free to plays, the developer refuses to fix any of this and is currently working on a new game on X which is on steam as "Usual" which is so strung out its like its deliberately stopping you from getting a refund.
