irritating, random-generator with mediocre youtube movies as a storyline; go and play with another turn-based truly strategic game, not this shallow p.o.s

Sorry to say that I was not able to embrace the game despite the fact I am being a panzer general veteran and long time Panzer corps player. + I liked the game's clean and sleek UI (albeit unit stats are not there at a first glance) + Graphics are amazing! especially in comparison to Panzer corps and Front-line series. + Air operations are on call basis, and does not eat from your prestige/requisition (YES finally prestige is back) points. That is truly great because having directly in control of the air forces were increasing the burden on the player. Now with this design it has become a great balance for the game. + Artillery strike having long range (some would say enormous) is different and a fresh approach for this genre. + Having an "ASSAULT" mechanic where your units spend extra ammo and (manpower if defeated) is a very good addition to the mechanics. + Resupply doesn't cost you prestige points but it will cost you the turn of your unit. I say its a nice addition. + Your units gain PERKS with xp. That is where the game gets interesting. This way you can have exciting features with your units and there are multiple choices to go with. + The AI is nice and aggressive, they don't stand like a duck, waiting for you. They attack, retreat, dynamic throughout the game. Coming to the bad stats: - The game is difficult. I mean -DIFFICULT- right from the start. I wish there were a difficulty setting in the options. - Maps are small , that could be nice for some players but there are LOADS of enemies. at least 5 times of your own units. This is frustrating. - One Hex can contain 3 units. ...? This is awkward ..for some. well it takes time to get used to. I dont say it is bad. However, the game does not tell you if its a beneficial thing to have all 3 units on the same hex? and/or to attack with all the units in one hex makes a difference? or they attack one by one in reality? questions questions.. - The hit and miss are dependent on a RNG mechanic. Well, that's ok but the bad side is you can not TURN that OFF in the settings. The game only allows you to bend the system in your favor or not. That's all. That could be real frustration for some players. - There are WORKSHOP options for this game but is too poor atm (I guess the community did not give their love for this title) There are merely 9 - 10 mods sadly. - Sound effects are ... meh. Not close to what Panzer Corps offer. - Lastly, The game is said to be abandoned by its Devs. This is what I read from the forums. I really wanted to like this game, I did in reality. I purchased 2 times and refunded 2 times. But the difficulty level just turned me down on this one.
