BAD END THEATER Reviews

I want to say this first and on the best hook I can. The game is a 10/10 and the ending made me cry. To explain further I got this game from a friend and I will be honest I wasn't expecting much. I was thoroughly surprised though! Even though the game is called the "bad end theater" each ending was so unique and a joy to collect, the game play was smooth and my god was the game beautiful. The art styles the colors all amazing, I can't praise enough the direction of the game to, It is an adorable and really cute game with a fantastic story and wonderful visuals... and to top this game off is it's ending, The ending credits and the final ending slayed me, it hit deep and made me sob after. I highly recommend this game to people who LOVE and LIKE the choose-your-own-adventure genre. it's a touching story of the soul and I can't praise it enough. Please play it.

Fantastically cute little game! 100/10 will play again just for the story and characters.

A little bit short but very good and fun, I wish there were more games like this.

SO SO FUN!!!! bite-sized GENIUS game, so refreshing! one of those games you won't forget. i love the art so so much, the color coordination is MWAH, and the gameplay is so fun i love the toggle character traits system so much. emotionally attached to the characters, the multiple povs.. fr just play this game you won't regret it <3

I LOVE IT! It's a short game, but it has a very interesting premise, and hits you in the feels. Very cute as well.

I actually enjoyed this game. I found the artwork very cute and the story very heartwarming. I found this game through Markiplier and really loved the concept. It wasn't until I unlocked the love letters that I realized I am sad and lonely. I wish one day, I can be the Maiden to an Overlord... Anyway, the art is nice, the song at the end is beautiful, the dialogue is great, and the humor is entertaining for what it is. I love this game dearly. Oh, how I wish I had one to love. Love is an interesting feeling humans feel once and a while. This game perfectly captures grief, guilt, and the concept of love very well. I long to have just as good story writing as this game. And for only 5 dollars??? Not that pricey. Very fun to collect all the endings and may or may not have led me to shed a tear. 10/10

Played it, it has a true reset (resets everything but skipping dialogue, skips new dialogue if you've beaten the game before) and let my brother play, and we both thought it was an amazing experience.

This game is genuinely one of the greatest story games I've ever played. I dont want to include spoilers in my review however I have played through the game 100% completion three times, and each time it hit me just as hard at the end. [spoiler] I love bad ends, I think there's something poetic about the absence of good in an ending, HOWEVER this game is an exception, I wanted there to be a good end (especially for the Overlord and Maiden :3) every second I played. Okayish game. i got 21 endings before game forced me to look at the path-chart, only to be met with getting a few different text-rectangles but same endings... Game has a very mechanic but its too shallow... I really hope someone comus up how to make something similar this game but in a rogue-like genre. Art is good and music is pleasurable. I am a fan of short games, so can kinda recommend it, but I would recommend anyone who somehow found my review to just watch it on youtube or even skip it. Even though my review feels like it was written by a fifth-grader, I am gonna leave it here in hopes of saving someones money.
