This is a pleasant chess-based puzzle game.
The "adversary" behavior is too random (there is no AI implemented just some rules). The only important rule it should comply is the mandatory capture when the option exists. So I think that a smarter behavior with an AI would be better.
Because of that, the puzzles are generally too easy but it's a good time waster.

The game keeps you thinking about possible moves on an often more adventurous board than the original chess board: You have to deal with and use poisened fields, portals, death fields and more. It is a quite entertaining game and you can train for a real chess game by thinking about possible tactics to win.
Even though, I also mention some flaws:
The opponent moves its queen back and forth non-stop until I make an attacking move. This is not how chess is played. Furthermore, I have 3 knights left and 2 pawns and the opponent 1 pawn somewhere a bit below the middle of the board and the game is failed for me. Why? The reason cannot be a stalemate.
