Ya Want a Speedgame?!
In all seriousness, I absolutely adore this game and everything about it. The level design, the flow of the character movement, the former helping the latter, the graphical fidelity and incredible colour palettes, all coming together to make a speedgame that, if you put in a little bit of time, you could easily knock this out in a couple hours, even on your first playthrough. And your second. And your third. So on.
Lunistice is absolutely incredible and I absolutely do not play enough games like it pays perfect homage to.

Mostly OK but there are glitchy parts and some unnecessarily frustrating areas. The story, to the extent it exists, I found to be poorly written as well.
The visuals were nice and the music served its purpose. Make sure to turn on the retro effects in the settings if you do decide to play.

An excellent, short and sweet platformer with bopping soundtrack to boot, controls are simple yet the feeling is fantastic. You may tear yourself trying to 100 percent this game and get all the S Ranks tho, just a warning for completionist (this is from experience).
For a cheap price it's very high quality, I'm going to remember this gem. 💝
PS: You know the OST is going to be good when the game is cheaper than the OST itself.
Not complaining they deserve the support. A must buy!

This game is so damn good. It scratches such a particular itch in my brain I really can't describe it. It's just pure fun. It's so simple but deceptively so. The more you play the more you realize how much potential is in the level design for speeding up your runs etc. Really incredible art direction and music as well. Feels incredible to play. puts a smile on my face. I love it

I found this game through a friend and I like the visual style of it so I got it while it was on sale. It's on the shorter side which makes sense considering the price and there's side content that could pump up the hours for sure. The visual style is great and the movement feels smooth for most of the game, although the movement itself is fairly simple and limited. The soundtrack ranges from good to great, the story is more in the background in a sense but it's fairly nice for what the game is. I would definitely recommend it, I think it's pretty neat.

Simple, but effective! Lunistice is a fantastic little 3D platformer that takes inspiration from PS1/SEGA Saturn era platformers, but melds that with the smoothness and intuitiveness of more modern platformers. Great retro-styled visuals, catchy music, and satisfying completion bonuses! It is only 7 levels long, each with two Acts each, and not a single boss (for the better honestly). So, the game is extremely short, but it makes up for that with loads of replay value (getting all of the collectibles without dying, going for faster speedrun times, unlockable alternative playable characters, etc), so you will absolutely get your money's worth! I highly recommend!
