There is no catharsis in challenging my fears, and yet, I look forward to playing the full game. I didn't expect to enjoy turn-based combat as much as I did.

I bought this game August 28th, 2021. I do not have any idea how I originally stumbled across it. I think I was on itch.io or something and thought it was interesting! Either way, I was in my 2nd year of of university during the COVID lockdown, and was going through a lot. I was really really lonely, and in a recent mental health spiral after I lost a dear friend of mine among other horrors of that dreadful time.
I remember getting home from class and deciding to get on steam and actually play the game i bought. Something new, something different to stop the intense spiral I was in.
I heard the title theme and was instantly hooked.
My world narrowed to this game and me.
I can't explain in words how much this game means to me. It was the quiet seed of something that would become SO much larger to me. I would sit and listen to the title screen in my lonely dorm room. Just Sif and I in silent miserable company.
What a fantastic game.
(I promise I have played more than 6 hours of this game. I don't have a clue why it only records as 6 but I have gone back to this game again and again.)
I've since gotten ISAT on Switch. I have more than 100 hours in ISAT, and boy howdy, if SASASA:P changed my brain chemistry back in uni, can you imagine what ISAT has done to me? Sif. Siffarooni.
Fantastic game. I always recommend to start with this first, then go to ISAT to realize how this all started. I grew up playing RPG maker style games (OFF, The Witch's House, IB, etc.) so the moment I discovered this little gem of a game I was head over heels. I love you SASASA:P.
Thank you InsertDisc5 for such a great little game prologue that has since evolved into an obsession so strong I have introduced my friend to both games. We are in the loops together.

It feels a bit rough and less polished than In Stars and Time, but it was a ride. At the beginning, I wasn't really feeling the connection with the characters, but the ending felt amazing, and only for that, I believe it's worth the price.

Only get this game if you know you (will or do) like ISaT. As a standalone experience it's a bit pricey, especially considering the minimal runtime and unengaging combat (both vastly improved with ISaT.) ISaT is an experience best played blind, so I strongly suggest you play it before this as it does have some spoilers.

Amazing short story, with great humour and twists. Will definitively play In Stars and Time next.

gooood game
Not as good as the main one, there are a couple of imperfections here and there, but its still good fun and the writing's still good :)
Also doesn't make as much use of the looping mechanic, but that makes sense, as its just a prologue-y thing.
Go play In Stars and Time

not bad but I found it actually a lil disapointing, if you are interested in in stars and time, do NOT play this before, play in stars and time first, (in stars and time 2 hats ending spoilers) this prologue was pretty good but I think it missed an ending where we see this siffrin give up to become the Loop of the Siffrin we know, I will still recommend it tho.
